Makes a TV attractive
The Frame is what want in an adult - grown up person living room when you don't want the focus on the big piece of plastic on the wall.
The tech is great. The image is great. Highly recommend.
If you spent the same money for another TV you might get a better picture. But the sacrifice is offset by the architectural aesthetic.

Unique
Can't say I have ever been excited for a TV like I am with my 65 Frame. Anytime you enter the room, cool art displays (I use the free art which is plenty good enough for me). I watch sports all the time and it does great as a regular TV as well. Overall, a little pricey but I have zero regrets about the purchase.

delivery!!!!
I bought this TV over a month ago and have had nothing but trouble with the delivery process. My initial delivery was scheduled for June 25, but it was rescheduled to July 2, then to July 9, and now to July 16. Despite repeated assurances from Samsung and RXO, I still have not received it.
If you want to wait forever for your TV and spend countless hours dealing with Samsung customer support and RXO support, go ahead and buy here. The experience has been incredibly frustrating. Samsung's case manager doesn't even read her own emails, and it's clear that once they have your money, they stop caring about you.
Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere. buy the tv somewhere else. This level of service is unacceptable.

Breach of Warranty Contract
I purchased a 65 inch Samsung The Frame Television in March 2024, Samsung offers a 1 year warranty. The TV became defective a few months after purchase and I filed a claim within the warranty window. Samsung's service techs determined the television unrepairable and offered a replacement. The comparable model on Samsung's website has an MSRP of 1,999.99 and is currently on sale for $1,599.99 (plus tax) but is currently out of stock and there are no comparable models on their website. Given this, I have quoted the same TV (in stock) at BestBuy which retails for $1,999.99 and is on sale right now for $1,597.99 (plus tax) for a total of $1,745.80 after Tennessee state sales tax.
Samsung is unwilling to refund me the amount required to replace the comparable television at one of their authorized retailers. Samsung has offered me a cash refund in the amount of $1,505 which will not cover the cost to replace the television at a third party retailer, resulting in me (the customer) being forced to pay an additional $240.80 out of pocket. I have spent countless hours on the phone with customer service, been disconnected multiple times (their transfer link hangs up when transferring to the refunds department) with no callback, and their representatives have been unhelpful, rude, extremely hard to understand their English, and combative.
This is a breach of their contractual obligation to warranty their product for a year.

Terrible customer service.I pray no one deals w/it
It's very sad to see how far Samsung has dropped. With this most recent purchase I will no longer be purchasing Samsung devices. Most recently I've had issues with my refrigerator but that is another story. I purchased the Frame TV for my new home and was excited to see all that it has to offer. I purchased the 'white glove service' along with the soundbar and speaker. The 'white glove service' is terrible. I purchased this from Samsung!! And the mount is now falling off my wall causing damage to the wall and all Samsung is doing is telling me to reach out to Angi to get this rectified. I did not go through Angi!!

Awesome Picture - great sound
The picture on this tv is awesome.
It does not fade in bright light so watching TV with the windows/curtains open is not an issue
I paired the TV to SB600 slim speaker setup and the sound was amazing filling the room with crystal clear audio
The frame feature was also a key plus allowing me to use my own photos displayed in rotation.
I am very pleased and would recommend and buy this again

Finally, a tv that can blend into your home decor
I bought this TV with the Pre-order special pricing. I have been using it now for the past 3 months and am very happy with it. I haven't mounted it to the wall yet because the final location is not ready, but I love how it looks with the additional add-on frame wrap. It looks like a painting and is about the thickness of a framed painting. Super thin. The quality is excellent! This has the matte anti-reflective coating so the lights don't glare when viewed at an angle or when the blinds are open letting sunlight inside. It works great for gaming as well as watching movies. And the fact that I can have the art mode with paintings, or even custom photographs allows this TV to become part of the decor instead of just some useless black square. Very pleased with this purchase. If you want a thin, 4k tv that can become "invisible" so to speak (since it can become a painting on the wall and not look like a normal tv) then this is for you.

Scammed by Samsung
What a scam! I ordered a 65’’ Frame TV over two months ago, and Samsung has still not delivered the TV. Don’t let yourself be scammed by the delivery estimate at the time of purchase because it is a total lie. I have contacted support by phone and chat multiple times without getting an estimated delivery date. I even tried to cancel my order recently because the TV sold for $100 less than I paid. Still, Samsung customer service said they could not cancel the order since it was being “prepared” to be shipped, which was another lie. Since then, the cancel button on my order page is now gone! Over two months in, there is no delivery, and I can’t cancel, so I guess my next option is to get a lawyer.

TV stopped working 6 hours after delivery.
recently purchased a 65" Samsung Frame TV with the specific goal of upgrading my living room setup in time for the summer Olympics. I was excited to enjoy the games on what I anticipated would be a top-notch display. However, my enthusiasm was short-lived. To my dismay, the brand-new Samsung TV stopped functioning just six hours after delivery.
After encountering this issue, I contacted customer support to address the problem. The earliest repair appointment they could provide was a week away. This left me with a brand-new TV that I couldn’t use for its intended purpose, which was incredibly frustrating given that the Olympics were just around the corner.
It appears that faulty motherboards might be a common issue with several Samsung TV models, which adds to my disappointment. Given Samsung's reputation for producing high-quality electronics, I was expecting a much better experience. It’s disheartening to encounter such issues with a brand that positions itself as a leader in the industry.
On a positive note, I had also purchased an 86" LG QLED TV for my media room prior to this incident. This TV has been performing exceptionally well, and I’ve been able to fully enjoy it despite the setback with the Samsung TV.
Overall, while the LG QLED TV has been a pleasure to use, the experience with the Samsung Frame TV has been quite frustrating. I hope Samsung addresses these reliability issues soon, as their products should meet the high standards they set for themselves.

Awful Customer Service - Buy From Anyone Else
I wish I had listened to the reviews that warned about Samsung's customer service. I ordered the Frame 6 weeks ago and was very excited to see that the delivery was scheduled less than two weeks later. Unfortunately, my delivery date came and went with no TV and no word from Samsung. A few days after the scheduled delivery date, I got an email telling me my order was still on time, so at least Samsung has a sense of humor about the whole thing. They periodically send an auto generated email telling me that my delivery needs to be rescheduled. Insightful.
We're now about a month past the original delivery date and I still have no idea when/if it will be delivered. I've spoken to customer service several times and they are not able to tell me anything other than the fact that my order is still not shipped and that I will hear from Samsung once they have a delivery date. One person suggested that I cancel my order and try re-ordering the same TV. Extremely helpful stuff.
I truly cannot believe how little they seem to respect their customers who spend a lot of money on their products. They sure didn't have an issue charging my credit card promptly...

Good & Bad
The things I love about this tv is the non-reflective screen, so no more glare from windows. The standby "art mode" really does look like a painting. Sound quality is brilliant and image is crisp and clear. The free channels are also a great bonus.
Negatives would be the wall bracket, which you cant easily adjust once up. So make sure you get it dead straight. I wanted to get a frame but when I saw them in the store, I thought they looked cheap and nasty. Over priced too, for a piece of plastic. Unfortunate, because its a good idea.
We've had some trouble with our tv (rebooting itself and distorted channels) and although the Samsung support line is very good. It seems we have to do regular factory resets. Not sure if we just have a dud tv or this is normal. With only 12 months warranty it is a bit worrying that it might fail shortly after it expires.

Poor manufacturing quality and horrendous Support
I received an item with a manufacturing defect that prevented it from being plugged in or turning on, something I notified Samsung of within an hour of it arriving at my home. The replacement process has been horrendous. I have spent hours talking to Samsung support, each time being told a refund or replacement had been initiated when it never was, and being shuffled to different departments. It has now been several weeks since I spend over $1000 on an expensive item that took a long time to ship, arrived unusable, and has been sitting in a giant box in my home, and I have no idea if I'll ever be refunded. If you are considering doing business with Samsung, run the other direction to HiSense, TCL, or LG for their similar product.

The Samsung Frame TV
The Samsung Frame TV is a unique blend of form and function. It seamlessly transitions from a stunning piece of art to a high-quality television, making it a captivating addition to any modern living space.
Pros:
Art Mode: The standout feature is undoubtedly the Art Mode. It transforms the TV into a digital art frame, displaying various artworks when not in use. The matte display and customizable bezels further enhance the aesthetic appeal.
Picture Quality: While not the absolute best in its class, the picture quality is still impressive, with vibrant colors and decent contrast. The anti-glare matte display is particularly beneficial in well-lit rooms.
Smart Features: Samsung's Tizen OS offers a user-friendly interface and access to a wide range of streaming apps.
Cons:
Price: The Frame TV comes at a premium price, which might not be justified for everyone, especially if picture quality is the top priority.
Art Subscription: While the built-in art collection is decent, accessing a wider range of artworks often requires a subscription fee.
Viewing Angles: The matte display can slightly affect viewing angles, especially when viewed from extreme angles.
Overall:
If you're looking for a TV that doubles as a stylish piece of home decor and offers decent picture quality, the Samsung Frame TV is an excellent choice. However, it's crucial to weigh the premium price against the unique features and aesthetic appeal.

Truly looks like Artwork!
We have a odd living room layout which gives us limited option for mounting TV on the wall without looking ugly. Hence we decided to go with the frame TV and it truly looks like artwork and we've had so many guest fooled ! They either compliment us on either such a nice painting we have in our living room or remark on the fact that we don't have a TV in our living room. Their faces are a sight to see when we actually turn the TV on !
Highly recommended!

Incredible Meld of Art, Style, and T.V.
By day, our Frame TV appears to be a famous painting, mounted beautifully above the fireplace. Many people are startled to learn that it is not a framed print! It can also be a learning center for our infant granddaughter, for whom we stream educational videos from youtube. When family or guests want a stroll down memory lane, we log into Onedrive/Icloud and show desired photos right from the TV screen - no more crowding around someone's computer or camera or sitting in uncomfortable chairs.
At night it reveals its some of its additional fabulous functions. For starters, it self-adjusts its own lumosity to best display whichever famous artwork I have chosen. But that adjustment doesn't stop with art: it also applies to the display screen on the TV set itself, which has marvelous clarity. And sometimes we just want to listen to music; the television's internal speakers are quite good.
All in all this is the best television we have ever owned!

Stylish TV with quality performance
I purchased the Samsung The Frame TV 65" in April and have been using it for several months. Overall, it has been a fantastic addition to my home, blending both style and functionality.
The standout feature is, of course, its unique design and sleek connecting cable — when turned off, it truly looks like a piece of artwork. The customizable bezels (a little pricy though) allow it to fit into any decor style.
In terms of picture quality, it delivers pretty vibrant colors and sharp details, especially with 4K HDR content. Watching movies and shows on this TV has been a great immersive experience!
As for downsides I noticed a slightly laggy UI out of the box, but updating the firmware seemed to fix this issue!

Don’t buy this version 2024 TV
Preordered the 2024 model because I’d been wanting a frame TV for quite a while. Unboxing was normal but it had weird white powder all over the outside of the TV, and when I went to turn on the TV it had insane amounts of backlight bleeding. My guess is that quality control is not great right now. Have never had issues with Samsung TV quality before, but this was extremely poor.

I got The Frame so my tv didn’t stick out like a big black blob in the middle of our open concept home. It looks great, blends in, and I did the art subscription so I can swap for each season etc. The only thing I can think of improving is some of the apps tend to be buggy. I use our old fire stick for the few that work better outside the Samsung home page. And maybe having additional bezel/frame options. But I am so pleased with how it looks and the picture quality is excellent.

Everything I expected
It’s not a crisp and beautiful QLED, but it does have a great picture, solid color range, and lies almost completely flush to my wall, just like a picture frame.
I purchased this TV for a large open room with lots of light. The anti-glare feature works well and the tv audio fills a large open room well. The volume is almost as good as having a standard soundbar.
I’ve had limited use of the art catalog, but the free trial has me hooked. The ability to cycle through high quality art is amazing and keeps the room fresh and interesting.

Limited Art Diversity from
Stunning Design Meets Limited Art Diversity.
I recently purchased the Samsung Frame TV, and I must say, it has transformed my living space in ways I never anticipated. The design is sleek and modern, allowing it to blend seamlessly into my home decor. When the TV is off, it truly looks like a piece of art hanging on the wall, which is a fantastic feature that sets it apart from traditional televisions.
One of the highlights for me is the Art Mode. I love the ability to display a rotating selection of artwork, which adds a touch of sophistication to my home. It’s a wonderful conversation starter and brings a unique ambiance to my living room. The quality of the images is stunning, and the ability to customize the display settings makes it easy to find the perfect fit for any occasion.
However, I do have some concerns regarding the selection of artwork available. While the current offerings include a range of styles and periods, I find the lack of diversity in the artists and artworks to be a significant oversight. As someone who appreciates art from various cultures and backgrounds, I would love to see a more extensive collection that includes a greater representation of African American artists and their work. The art world is rich with talent, and it would be fantastic if Samsung could partner with a wider array of artists to enhance the diversity of options available.
The Samsung Frame TV is a beautiful addition to any home, combining functionality with artistry. While it excels in aesthetics and quality, expanding the range of artwork to include more diverse voices would elevate the experience even further. Hopefully, future updates will address this gap, allowing users to enjoy a broader spectrum of creativity. If you’re looking for a stylish TV that doubles as a piece of art, this is definitely worth considering—just be prepared to supplement the art collection with your own finds!

Delivered faulty product - no replacement offered
I received a faulty product where the ports on the TV for connecting the "One Connect" cable and USB are misaligned. As a result, I cannot connect the "One Connect" cable to the TV. I contacted the customer service team on the same day. While the technical support team acknowledged that it was a damaged TV, the e-commerce department informed me that they couldn't issue a replacement due to company policy, which is quite odd. However, they did agree to accept a return and process a refund for price matching.
Now, I have to place a new order, and once it's delivered, they will issue the refund to match the price. Unfortunately, the TV is currently unavailable, meaning I have to spend Christmas without a TV. It's a frustrating experience—if it were Best Buy or Costco, they would have arranged an immediate replacement.
The TV itself is excellent, but I'm giving the 1 star for Samsung's e-commerce policies that don't seem customer-friendly. It's better to purchase this from other stores. Now I'm desperately waiting for Samsung to update their stock, I'll miss other cash back offers i received from credit card - but i have no options.
