Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad experience I have had Samsung TVs in the past and was always very happy. This time, it has been a nightmare. I’ve only had the TV three months and I has a black bar approximately 4 inches wide that runs from top to bottom of the screen. I have been in contact with Samsung and after 21 days they were unable to get repair service to my home. Now, they saying they’re going to get me a replacement tv thru Best Buy but it’s going to take another 3-7 days before I hear. I’m keeping my fingers crossed but I honestly have lost all confidence and Samsung’s warranty department.

Besides this, I can send commands from my Galaxy watch too. the Samsung ecosystem is good although i don't want to be arrested into it. i can cast my phone to TV and TV to my fridge to watch movies and sports when I'm at kitchen. smart things make life easier.

It's very lightweight and extremely thin which makes the setup quick and wall mounting feel very secure, even if you skip out on purchasing a top of the line wall-mount and settle for a more budget friendly version. The interface is very intuitive and made setting up my video game consoles, surround sound system, and cable box very easy; and switching between them is easier then ever before since the TV can power on those accessories by itself so you don't need to turn them on separately. Unlike my previous TV, the apps load quickly and stream without crashing or interference even after using it for extended periods of time, and there is no little to no lag when navigating menus or using the built-in TV guide to select what to watch. I love the voice-to-search function integrated in the easy to use, ergonomic universal remote contoll, and the TV's functionality with the the Samsung Smart Things app as well as digital assistants like Alexa, Google Home, or Bixby is extremely useful. With the newly included ambiance mode, this TV has become the centerpiece of our living room and my family has enjoyed many nights around it together watching our favorite programming. All in all, an 10/10 TV that I would (and have) absolutely recommend to friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate to buy again for myself.

If you play MLB the show 2021 on a lower grade TV before getting this TV you will need to practice all over again because the speed of the TV is fast and you will not be able to hit the ball but all of this is a good thing. But this was the best TV I have got ever.

As a quadriplegic I don't get out very often, so this is our main entertainment option. Love the great picture and the sound just from the television speakers is totally acceptable. I looked up to the audio system is great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bad experience with warranty i bought this tv in december 2021, and really did not have time to get to discovering and enjoying the features. after 5 months now, i just ran into one of the worse experiences in spending a certain amount of money on electronics. a portion of the screen was accidentally cracked, and the purchased 3-year asurion service does not cover this type of damage. i was advised to get with samsung for the manufacturer warranty; and unfortunately, the repair service was not approved because it doesn’t cover “physical damage”, leading to repair charges of $850 + taxes + labor (equaling/ more expensive than the price i paid for the tv just 5 months ago). and after communicating back and forth, there is nothing anyone can do about it, beside implying to buy a new tv.

I also connect my other devices like computers and cell phones to display content from them to the TV. I use several different free and paid streaming services and watch local TV and Samsung TV. My TV is also part of my Samsung Smart Home Hub. All my appliances, phones and computers are all Samsung.

I have cable TV and getting to the source (HDMI) is difficult to find. I still cannot get Chromcast to work so I can stream from PC to TV. Overall very disappointed I paid over $1000.00 for this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing colors We love this QLED! It took me a month to do all my research to find what type of TV would suit my space, my eyes, and my media. We chose the Samsung QLED first and foremost bc the picture and colors are so clear, vibrant, and transitions are smooth. We especially love the apps and the overall layout of the system. Google assistant (or whichever smart assistant you choose) is convenient, voice searching on apps is great, and the sleekness of the tv complements my space. My only qualms are when using the apps they sometimes freeze when backing out of certain pages and it takes a good minute for the tv to recover. Second the tv is extremely low sitting on the stand provided, this maybe great for some but I have a cable box that sits in front of the tv since it’s unable to fit underneath.

So I must say I am very Impressed with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "multiview feature" other than these apps: (samsung tv plus, youtube, or youtube tv). can you provide a list of apps that are compatible with "multiview feature"? i think that most consumers would agree that this "multiview feature" should be compatible with todays most popular apps such as disney, hulu, prime, netflix's, hbo max etc... additionally, i want to point out that these apps are already pre-installed in the tv which i see as even more reason as to which these apps should be compatible with this "multiview feature". samsung should have tested the functionality of this "feature" prior to selling it to us. what is needed here is a answer in form of a firmware update to allow these popular pre-installed apps to be compatible with "multiview feature"

When I'm watching a night scene or a dark room or tunnel I have white blotches on the screen, very noticeable and it's not even a year old yet. Other than tha (and that's pretty big), it's a great TV, I mean the picture outside of dark scenes are fantastic. Plus I love that it linked so well and quickly with my phone, and the brights are great.

White spots are SUPER noticeable while screen is black and on. Audio is ok. I recommend getting a sound bar. It’s a great TV with good picture quality and decent blacks. For the value and price you can’t go wrong with it. I have enjoyed my Tv throughly and I’m happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No "multiview" for pre-installed apps. bought 2 of these tv's for multi-view function and it's "endless possibilities for splitting screens and viewing several types of content at the same time"- samsung. the only thing you can do is screen mirror a samsung phone on the right and on the left you can watch air tv, cable, samsung tv, or hdmi input. none of the pre-installed apps (disney, hulu,prime or netflix) work on multiview. youtube semi works but you need to exit split screen to search content then go back into multiview. samsung need to create a software update for this issue. picture, sound, and design are good but seriously disappointed at the multiview function. as there are cheaper alternatives ie. tu7000.

It also has a thin sleek design that looks great mounted on the wall. I don’t have cable but the tv comes equipped with all the apps that I use for streaming, and if they don’t have it you just go to the App Store and download it. Highly recommend, Samsung is still top of the food chain with TVs.

We absolutely love Samsung's TVs for their simple user interface, great design of the remote, and superior picture quality. We presently own two Samsung TVs - the 65" for which I am writing now, and a 43" QLED 4K that we purchased just recently for our bedroom. Both TVs are absolutely amazing and give us such pleasure. When we sit down to watch TV we want to relax and be entertained - both would be impossible without our fantastic Samsung TVs and their sound bars as well (we have a Samsung sound bar with subwoofer on both TVs). The quality of their products is unparalleled (and we know because we've owned numerous high-end brands). We never have a problem, never need technical service, and never regret our decision to purchase and stay with Samsung.

It is great for viewing my laptop on the TV for maps and anything. I also watch youtube and Netflix all the time on it. The sound is great, but I would like to be able to adjust the bass and treble at times. But overall, it's been worth every penny.

The Display is crystal clear and videos and images are fluid. Great gaming display and an even better home theater. The TV's dynamic setting isn't even bothered by the sunlight from the huge glass door in the living room. Sound system can hold its own, my dad didn't even need to connect his surround sound speakers he loves so much. Samsung TV is built in and super convenient apps ready to go. I connected the tv to my samsung phone and I'm pretty much my parents' IT support. Other devices are easy to connect and pair. Basically, my next TV will be a Samsung TV like this and it'll be my parents' turn to be jealous.

It’s not that cheap but you get a lot for your money’s worth. Great quality built-in speaker, colors are crisp and a wide variety of apps you could choose from. It also detects gaming devices and have advanced settings to optimize gameplay. I haven’t noticed any lag or delayed reaction time from it because processors are super fast. I just love this tv overall!

I can go from YouTube to Netflix in seconds with no slow waits. And is so vivid! The colors are fantastic when I play Splatoon 2 on it! Makes every game session wonderful!! The picture quality is really good, with adjustable modes for enhanced viewing experiences for different types of video (movies, games, general etc). The sound quality is very good for a standard living room although might need an additional sound bar or speakers for a dedicated movie room. The TV looks neat with its slim design and thin bezel. Overall a very good TV for multiple types of usage.

It really does make the color stand out a lot more than any other TV would. With other TVs if you notice, the colors always look pale and faded. Which is why when I knew I needed a new TV I didn't want any other TV than Samsung because they always have great screen quality, especially these newer TVs. Some special features that I love is that it comes with Alexa which you can ask for things rather than going to search for it. The TV also comes with internet which I think is so cool that you can be on Facebook on your tv. Not only on your TV but you can mirror what you have on your cell phone to your TV which is super cool !

The quickness of the processor while streaming could be faster on new apps but runs like clockwork on trade and true apps. One of my favorite features is Samsung TV the live streaming service, its like having free cable along as you got internet you got really good programming with a large variety of categories to choose from.

We had no problems getting it set up and subscribing to our favorite streaming services and love the theater-like feel in our sitting room. Navigating some of the settings and controls can seem labyrinthine at first, but after several uses, they begin to make sense. If I was looking for something better than this TV, I would probably look at the next level up in this same or a more full-featured line from Samsung. A great entertainment platform that I expect to continue to be great for years to come. I give a unqualified thumbs up to this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bang for your buck! I purchased this tv because of the quality Samsung brings to the home. I have always loved 95% of Samsung products that they make (looking at you, Bixby). This tv has amazing clarity, color, and sound. I paired it up with the matching sound bar and love it. It's hanging in my living room. It is the first brand new tv I have owned in a very long time. Usually, I purchase open box TV's from my employer, Best Buy. The rechargeable and solar charging remote is a pretty cool feature. There are only two things that I don't like about this tv. Only two. The first being that it's not 120hz display. The second that it only has 3 HDMI ports, but that is easily fixed with an inexpensive adapter from Best Buy. All in all, 10 out of 10, I would always recommend.

Its super thin and Wall mountable but if you’re going to place it on a unit know that the tv’s legs are adjustable. The features are very intuitive. It switches over to game mode instantly when my PS5 turns on (that mode alone has lots of additional features). The speakers aren’t bad at all. Although I’m planning on at least a sound bar.

The remote control this t.v. has is the fasest and the most responsive one I have seen on a smart t.v. and its solar powered! its proformance level especially noticeable when surfing the or typing anything close to a paragraph and jumping back and forth between apps is never sluggish like it can be with most other smart t.v.s in the same teir. visually it makes old movies seem like new experiances while maxiumizing any new 4k content avalible and even without a sound bar its sound blew the room away! 10/10 would recommend to complete strangers.

The user interfaces for the TV and connection to other devices, i.e. sound bars and mobile devices is incredibly easy. Sound is pretty good on its own, connected to a sound bar, well... hard to compare and hardly fair. The screen itself, I was blown away by the clarity in comparison to our old TV. Night and Day difference in overlook. I had to grab a 4k movie and look at the difference as reference. Didn't have any idea how much I was missing. I would definitely recommend this TV to everyone.

It work great with my PS5 picture perfect graphics for gaming. Only thing I wish, that it came with two remote controls. Still trying too learn how too work the smart remote. But other than that Samsung Q60A 4K tv was worth the money spent.

Once we got it home and opened the box we were amazed at just how thin the set was... and once hung on the wall it is more like a piece of art than just a television. With the Samsung soundbar mounted directly beneath it looks beautiful. The picture is nothing short of magnificent and the sound quality even without a sound bar is very crisp and clear. We made the decision to buy a Smart TV with the sole purpose of cutting the cable and this TV has made it incredibly simple. Just power it up with the remote and it guides you thru the whole set up process. It even has the apps on the home screen to direct you to your chosen provider. You can't ask for more. We especially like the Alexa app... so simple to just ask Alexa to take you to the program you want. By far this is the best investment in home electronics that we have ever made and we highly recommend it.

Game mode turns on automatically when I switch to one of my game systems and helps to give me a better picture and experience when playing a game. Streaming with apps is a breeze, I hit the Netflix button on the remote and the app pops right up. It's very snappy when I need it to be. The screen is bright vibrant and the refresh rate seems dependable. Although I wish I could afford the more high tier models I am happy with this purchase.

My wife was always unhappy with the wires hanging out as it was mounted on a brick fireplace. So not only did I upgraded a 12 year old TV unit I was able to use the invisible single wire to make my wife happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect purchase. This tv was very easy to set up. The legs just slipped in so it was easy for the two of us to place it in our console set up. Finding our WiFi was simple and setting up our apps and uploading any additional apps were simple. The report is easy to use and it has a voice feature that helps. Plus the remote is solar chargeable so leaving it out all day (not in direct sun) seems to keep it charged and ready. The only downside to the remote is that I would have liked it to be backlit so I can see the buttons easier. That’s a slight setback but there aren’t too many buttons that we need once we have the screen all set. The setup for our Sonia was seamless. The screen images are clear. We just use WiFi to stream everything that we watch and we totally enjoy the tv. It’s definitely the best TV purchase we made. Bought it at Costco and had it delivered. Then it was up and running in 15 minutes. Simple.

Best tv in this price range I decided I wanted an upgrade and purchased this tv after my other Samsung tv was a few years old (not that there was anything wrong with that tv either). I could not be more than happy with this tv. The viewing is bright and the colors certainly pop. I love the QLED pictures. I mean the picture is amazing, especially when viewing in 4K. The colors are vibrant and the contrast is perfectly scaled to give amazing details. The viewing angles also aren't as bad as I read in other reviews. You don't need to be directly in front of the screen to have a clear picture. Any tv in this price range is going to have less clarity and reduced colors if you view from a severe angle. This tv has awesome features with Voice built-in (I use Alexa) and of course all the apps you need. One of my favorite features is Samsung Symphony, which I use in conjunction with my Samsung Q70T soundbar. This makes the sound pop, especially when watching some sort of action movie or something with a lot of different sounds. Definitely would recommend this tv as the best in its price range. Honestly, it was more than I wanted to spend, but I think it's worth spending a little more for something this good and I have no regrets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value for the price but QLed is not OLed. For the price tag it’s hard to beat the Q60a in a 65” TV. The picture is good but don’t confuse Qled for Oled. They are two completely different technologies. Do the research and see what works for you. The menu system (Tizen) is pretty easy to navigate but would have rather had something non proprietary to Samsung. Set up is simple and the q60a has just about any app you may want to use but, it is not very Directv friendly. You can set up the Samsung remote to control Directv but it doesn’t do it very well.

Unboxing the tv I was very happy with the secure packaging. Set up was a breeze, from putting it together to adding apps and so on. I primarily stream to the set but I do have a DVR and a blue ray connected as well. I couldn't be happier with the picture quality and the functions of this tv.

The picture quality is amazing on this. The features that are built right into it makes me almost get rid of cable tv. I did hook up my fire cube for additional apps but it just blows me away on the clarity of the resolution, and the sound as well. I found I haven't had to use my sound bar as much the speakers on this are amazing in themselves. The remote is so cool as well. Controls the tv, the cable and doesn't even take batteries it's solar charged or usb c charged if you need. Again amazing. I hung this on an angled wall mount and it just works out perfect in the master bedroom. The remote has few buttons so it's easy to navigate in the dark and the auto off timer works great. Even the picture settings dim it's self enough for nighttime viewing. I couldn't be happier with this samsung tv.

To compare apples to apples the colors the colors are much more vibrant than they were four ago. It seemed that I went through batteries a lot with the old remote, but now I just turn it over and lay it in the sun ( it also has a USB charging port). If you don't habe cable it's ok with this TV, Samsung has a free chanel line up without doing anything more than connecting to the internet. When they say smart TV, this one is a genius... Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, even my local cable provider has an app for it. We love sitting down to watch an action movie or a great comedy. This TV is the bomb.

I have to delete and reinstall YouTube TV app several times a day to get it to change stations. It's spins alot and then locks up. None of my other Samsung Smart TVs have this issue. So disappointed.

First of all, it is so thin and sleek that you really want to show it off. The picture quality is amazing, whether I am watching a drama or an action film. When we first installed it and turned it on, Jurassic Park was on. Wow, it seemed the dinosaurs were right here in my living room, cuz of the outstanding picture quality. The colors just POP off the screen, so bright and pretty. I really love it so much more than I even thought I could. It comes with a solar remote that is so easy to set up and use. Plus it has voice recognition, so you can easily find what you want to watch. From Smithsonian channel to Animal Planet to Acorn TV to The Equalizer on CBS, every show is a work of art to behold on this tv. Thank you Samsung for designing such an amazing tv. And thank you The Insiders for allowing me to share my experience with my new Samsung tv.

Still easier to use cable remote, then, at times, have to use TV remote, and, stereo remote.... haven't seen a remote yet that does it all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV We upgraded our bedroom TV from a competitors we bought last year because the LG did not have the ability to download thr Spectrum app. The Q60T was a great choice as we can have all our apps without having to use an external device to do so. I've also connected it to my Ring doorbell pro and now get alerts on the TV when someone is at my front door. Of course the picture quality and everything else is great as well.

(All four TVs are still preforming as well as when we purchased) The Geek Squad completed the installation for us. The size is perfect and the picture quality is superb! Especially love the solar chargeable remote - plus you can charge using a USB cable as well. The store sales rep and the Geek Squad installers were top notch. Highly recommend this TV and for the Geek Squad to install it for you!!

My wife helped me take the TV out of the box and we both were impressed how sleek the television is. The tv stands were as easy as 1,2,3 to pop in and put together. I liked how the remote was solar as well as USB-C charging capabilities. This saves money on batteries. The set up was super easy and is very user friendly. Once set-up, the apps were easy to navigate. The sound of the speakers were crisp and sharp. The picture was wonderful and made you feel like you were there in the screen. I also enjoyed when you turn the TV off, how the screen seems to mimics eyes closing shut. Overall I was very impressed with Samsung. I think they really hit all the marks I was looking for in a TV. I would definitely recommend this set and brand to anyone.

The unboxing of this TV needed my husband and I. It was packaged well and securely. My husband handled the assembly himself and it took less than 5 minutes. Next I was ready to grab some batteries for the remote, and to my astonishment, the remote is solar of chargeable. I have never in my life seen a remote like this. The set up was very easy and I enjoyed the background music while setting up this television was soothing. I liked that the television is compatible with Alexa. My 3 year old is able to get to her favorite TV shows, so it is very user friendly. The sound quality of this TV was wonderful. My old set I would have to have the volume to near full volume to hear anything other than whispering. On this new set, the volume will be on 10 and it sounds like I am in a theater. The picture quality and amazing and no more pixelated screen. This TV was wonderful and definitely surpassed my expectations. I would definitely recommend this TV to all of my friends and family. Great job Samsung on a well thought out approach to TV's without breaking the bank.

Updated all the available apps and was almost immediately up and running. The image quality is amazing and even my 2 1/2 twins have been able to figure out the menus and voice commands. Love it...

When you sit in front of this TV the colors can captivate you and keep you admiring how brilliant and rich the colors are. We love watching the the Wildlife shows on Nat Geo, that we could watch it for days on end feeling immersed in the show because of how beautiful the Qled 4k delivers on picture quality and sharpness to make you feel as if you are right there during filming. Anything you watch will have you sitting on the edge of your seat for hours on end. I find the interface on the TV is so easy to use which is another great quality that Samsung has outdone themselves making this the best TV I have ever purchased. Stunning picture. Beautiful design, Captivating Quality with apps and easy setup. What more can you ask for! We love it

But being on a budget I was never able to afford the amazing things until this came out. Caught on a sale I got this amazing television. The screen is outstanding! No kidding it has to be seen to believe. Minutes after setting up the wife decided she needs one now too! Thank you Samsung, this is really an incredible viewing experience.

Another thing I didn't like is the amount of glare and picture quality when the sun is out. Other else then that this TV if great!

We stream all of our entertainment choices and the ease of operation of this model is great. The remote has a minimal number of buttons and is very intuitive to use. I was hesitant to buy at this entry level feature and price point, but i talked myself into giving it a try and couldn't be more satisfied. This tv quickly made me forget those extra features i thought i had to have. The first thing that won me over was immediately the brilliant colors and depth and the dark scenes have much more detail. The 4k ultra content displayed on this tv is mind blowing. It is just stunning. It takes visual imagery to whole new level. I have completely forgotten about all those high end features i thought i had to have. Great tv at good price

I had my fire stick and my ps5 hooked up to the TV a few days ago and it seemed like the sound stopped working for my fire stick while the ps5 was connected. As soon as I disconnected it the ps5, the sound came back to the fire stick. Other than that hiccup the television has been great and clear.

It was giving me movie theater experiences and immersion into what I was watching like no other. Going through the settings and adjusting the picture as I see fit. It also gives little reminders from time to time like time for your daily work. I recommend this product out of the box and I definitely recommend it if you personalize it for your viewing Note that all of my experiences so far are without additional audio.All audio currently comes from the TV itself

As I sit here tonight watching the NCAA championship game, I am amazed by the clear and lifelike picture coming from the screen. My family consists of my husband, myself, and our three young children 6 and under in age. We watch anything from Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, to Sesame Street on YouTube TV. I am incredibly impressed with the speed of the television and love all of the applications that are available. My kids also think it’s cool that we can connect our phones and talk to “Alexa” through it as well. This is by far the best tv that our family has had and the 65” is perfect for our living room. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable television with great picture!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Adaptive TV with Exceptional Picture How to start... this TV has may incredible features that I am still fully exploring so let me begin at the setup. The unboxing and the ease of popping on the adaptable height legs hinted that this TV would be exceptional. The box was created to make it easy to lift out and the legs slid to lock in place - again all very easy. Initial setup of the TV was very intuitive and user -friendly; even more so if you have pre-existing Samsung accounts along with any streaming services. Any attached peripherals are automatically found and synced to the TV's universal remote (can even use it for accessing the Xbox menu). Now the remote in itself deserves some shout out - no batteries needed! The remote utilizes solar charging or USB-C charging - essentially a modern remote fitting for such an advanced TV. Now onto the actual TV and its display. I must say the Quantum Dot technology coupled with the Dual LEDs makes for exceptional picture quality. Whether it is a nature documentary, default screensaver of backgrounds, videogames, or streaming a TV show - the picture is outstanding and hyper realistic (fortunately, not in an Uncanny Valley way). This technology is further advanced by the Quantum HDR leading to a vibrant picture quality that is poorly reflected in my phone's pictures. It is amazing that such picture quality can be achieved with such a slim casing as the TV is very slim (very little footprint) and the display is almost edgeless. For the most part, my TV has been used for streaming, familiarizing myself with the Samsung Plus channels/content, and setting up routines on Samsung Health (goodbye COVID 15 weight); however, I am still tweaking he picture setting and modes to figure out the best configuration to play videogames. So far, the gaming experience has been very smooth, fast, and lag free, but also a work in progress as certain modes alter pre-existing settings. The other aspect that I am fine tuning are the built in voice assistants which I am sill trying to pinpoint if this is a feature that I will be consistently using and if so, which one will be my go to/default. I also have yet to fully explore the PC and mobile device functionality but initial test runs were very easy, quick, and simple to sync. Overall a very adaptive TV fitting for all users whether one requiring a device ready for anything or even a more basic user ready to watch their favorite shows or movies.

The considerably slimmer flat screen makes living room seem much bigger. What a positive difference in both sound and picture. Dynamic mode is great for viewing sports and outdoor action shows. We really enjoy having access to many different apps. Samsung tv also gives access to many more different options for programming choices. Love our choice in this TV selection. We have had zero service issues or problems. Good job Sumsung.

Side viewing angle is just as good as sitting right in front. Colors are vibrant, works very well in my living room with 3 bay windows to the right of the tv. Love that I can use the tv remote to control my satellite box, blu ray player and sound bar, I took the batteries out of all of the other remotes and put them away. The solar cell remote is amazing no batteries to change. Charges off a usb c cable or solar itself. Streaming is great I have basic internet and the picture comes in absolutely flawless. Has all apps available for download. The Samsung tv plus app is like having your own cable box has around 200 channels and always plays different shows. Even some live tv. Overall for the price paid for the tv and the amount of features this tv has. I feel like I got the best value for my money

It turned out to be a great choice. It is used for both broadcast TV as well as streaming services. The color is unbelievable and there is almost no reflection of exterior windows on the screen. Love the menu system - easy to navigate and customizable too. If you're on the fence about TV's, you can't go wrong with this model at this price.

There’s a huge jump from a regular 4K TV to this Samsung QLED! Picture: absolutely stunning! There’s so many options and modes to choose from that you can make any show or game perfect! Sound: blown away by the sound! Movies sound like you’re in a theater and games are even more immersive! Interface: major upgrade from my 5 year old TV. Samsung has put a lot of work into making the UI intuitive and crazy fast! The rechargeable solar remote is also really cool. I’d recommend this TV to anyone that doubts 4K hasn’t changed in the past few years, it’s come a long way!

I can tell you the colors are more vivid, the bezel is almost non existent. The remote is really cool, first of all no more double A's, it is rechargeable, love it. I still use my sound bar, but sound is decent, I just prefer my movies with surround sound. If there was one thing that I think needs attention, sound would be it. The smart TV features are awesome, connect to the internet and you have tons of apps at your disposal. You don't even need an antenna to have Samsung programming without signing up for anything additional.

Instructions to unbox and install the product were given in a way that can be easily found and followed, and I love the fact that the package was designed to help reduce waste! Having access to information about such company’s value on a product packaging is very important to me because it tells me that the company is serious about Going Green, and I always love to support companies that cares about environment. To set up the TV, there was an option to set it up via Samsung App which I didn’t have on my existing TCL that has built-in Roku. Best thing about this TV is that I can connect it to my Amazon Alexa and Google Homes, and also the fact that I have direct access to a lot of Internet TV which displays on TV menu as if I have cable TV. Without having to log onto separate internet account, I could watch different shows already. Quality wise, color is very vivid and it gives me a feeling as if I am watching 3D TV although this model isn’t 3D TV (I ran a few 4K YouTube videos to test out the quality and this one is definitely different than my two year old 50 inch 4K Samsung TV). Considering the retail price, this model is definitely worth the money and I am very happy about the purchase:)

It was easy to unpack, put the legs on and set up as it guided you right through the process. Didn't take that much time at all. The picture quality is definitely superior and amazing to look at and the design is very slim. Its compact and the picture fills up the whole screen. A very impressive television. The smart feature is definitely a necessity nowadays and Samsung has it all built it. It very easy to connect and stream apps. That is the way of the future and Samsung is on top of it. My go to apps are Netflix and Amazon Prime for sure. The remote control is out of this world, I just love that batteries are not needed. The remote can charge by solar or USB cable, it is a sleek and slim design which fits in your hand perfectly. Simple and easy to use buttons which makes using it an easy and fun task. My favorites are streaming amazon prime and definitely watching sporting events as well as sitcoms. Watching sporting events makes me feel like I'm actually there. Especially during March madness, I could not believe how clear the picture was. It's an overwhelming experience with a clean superior sound and super clear and detailed picture. The aspects of Qled, UHD and 4k make it the best tv out there in my opinion. I highly recommend this Television to others. You will not be disappointed. It embodies the future of TVs and has everything that you will need.

My sole complaint is that, for whatever reason, the TV does not want to remember the sound settings I have set up. I have a sound bar, so when the sound settings revert back to the default output (the TV speakers) it creates a horrific echo that I ahve to then adjust.

When I watched a documentary about Pearl Harbor, it would normally be grainy footage from 70 years ago, instead it looked like I was there watching it unfold in person. We don’t have a sound bar, but you don’t really need one with this tv. The sound is perfect. When we took it out of the box, I couldn’t believe how lightweight it was. I could lift it myself. It is so thin and sleek. I am happy that we could have the option to hang it up, and it was so easy to set up. Thank you for a beautiful tv. I would highly recommend it to everyone. And I want to purchase another one!

Is really easy to set up practically installs itself, The television has a self diagnosis display that you press and it starts scanning for any problems, the video games look much better and the sound is perfect, it has a lot of volume, the remote control is very easy to use can be charged by Sun or via USB and I love that you can see two screens at the same time. When my wife's soaps get interrupted the steaming apps are great for catching up on her shows. Colors are excellent, and the picture quality is outstanding, especially on HD cable channels. When we have to use the TV sound it is adequate but not near the sound from my AV system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung is King of Screen Technology! I have a previous top of the line Samsung SUHD TV from few years ago and it has been a great TV, so I decided to go back to Samsung. First Impression – The box of this TV is not brown box, which is okay with me because that is money well saved by company. After unboxing, the TV is very good looking with very thin bezel on each side. The bezel is made of plastic, but it does not look cheap. The remote is a nice feature which can be charged by Sun or via USB. The stands are easy to assemble and TV was up and running in few minutes. Hardware – The color on this TV just “pop”. I was positively blown away by how better the colors and image look compare to just my 3-year-old Samsung TV, which is a great TV itself. I think this alone may be worth it to consider Samsung for your next TV. Voice on this TV is loud and clear enough as well. Features – I LOVE the built in Smart TV. Not having additional cords, devices dangling is a great positive for me. It operates relatively well even though some Apps are slow to open (may be App issue). The built in remote includes voice assistant and it allow you to select which one you want to use Bixby, Alexa or Google. It operates relatively well, and it feels very familiar to how I use voice assistant on my phone, google home etc. One of the most under appreciated feature of this TV is Samsung TV+, it is free internet channels that comes with this and other Samsung TVs. As a cord-cutter, there is always something interesting (i.e. Wipeout) on those channels which saves me from spending money on cable. Overall a great addition in our living room and a family favorite!

It is easy to connect to devices such as Samsung Android phones. I enjoy the picture quality and how it makes the picture look like a cinema movie. I also like all the different apps you can download.

The picture is beautiful. We just upgraded from a Samsung 6 series 55 inch tv. Which we moved to the guest room. My husband and I were originally looking at purchasing an 8 series but as soon as he saw this QLED he was sold. We also love that the remote has the solar charging option. Samsung has really thought of everything and made everything so user friendly.

The colors are beautiful and it runs my Roku device flawlessly. The set up was quick and easy and it looks beautiful above the fireplace. Starts quickly and no issues. I would recommend the TV for those looking to update.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large Clear Crisp Picture don't need my glasses This TV is great for watching. Don't need glasses. The picture is crystal clear. The closed captioning on it is large enough so at night I can read the words without disturbing other people. Its got a lot of features to learn. Being not as tech savvy as others I love it because the remote and volume are very simple to learn. Not lots of buttons. Compared to the other tv we were using before this is like 10 steps up. I'm just totally blown away how easy it really is to use from watching tv to switching to my amazon account on there and the buttons are easy to feel on the remote (again i keep saying it) but i don't neeed my glasses for this. Can't wait to replace all the TVs in the house with TV's like this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth the price jump from Roku TVs I used to use Rokus, but since I have a Samsung phone and watch, i figured it would make sense to get a TV as well. The quality upgrade is unparalleled to Roku. The Dex menu is very intuitive and took no time to adapt to the new layout. The usability of your Samsung phone with the TV is convenient. I also can't recommend the wireless surround sound bar and satellite speakers to pair with it enough. The sound makes movies really come to life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible value and incredibly easy! i paid 3rd party to mount tv and was pleased the mount for my 2008 samsung 50" tv could be used. i procrastinated turning the tv back on after they left because i had lots to learn, being way behind on av technology. however, i started going through the e-manual built into the tv and it made things easy! the tv has so many features and looks and sounds great! i expected nothing less of samsung based on how long my plasma tv lasted. i'm super excited to have a smart tv now. i've been playing music from my phone as well as directly on the tv. i look forward to sharing my computer screen to tv and trying out the new streaming apps. the only negative is we couldn’t control my surround sound with the samsung remote. the techs had to use optical cable to connect it to the tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this TV I love this new Q60A QLED 4K Samsung tv! It was easy for me to take it out of the box and install the legs by myself. The legs are also adjustable if you want to put a sound bar under your TV or keep it table height. I am so impressed by the remote which has a solar panel on it in addition to being able to be charged with a USB cable, no batteries needed ever! It is so easy to set up this TV and login into all my streaming apps. I love watching movies and series on Netflix and Hulu plus I watch a lot of YouTube videos as well.  I even like to listen to music on my tv.  The picture is absolutely beautiful and the sound quality is amazing! I love how I can connect my iphone or my computer to my tv screen.  It is also pretty cool that I can display my personal pics on my tv screen when I am not watching it, I like to keep a picture of a beautiful sunset on my screen so it looks like artwork.  You can talk to Amazon Alexa through the remote as well. Overall, I am really happy with this tv so far. I love the AirSlim design and how the bevel is barely noticeable. I feel like I have a movie theater in my living room.

We love our new TV, but we did have to upgrade our internet to accommodate the draw on the network. Well worth the cost for the upgrade.

I purchased the full motion wall mount separately from the popular online retailer, which gave extra dynamic aspect for this TV. I stream and webcast the videos from my Samsung Galaxy phone to this with single click. TV Supports variety of ports which makes the device connect to items like firestick and xbox devices easily. The slick remote is also a Universal remote and works with the firestick. Got free tv apps, where you can watch sports, tv shows and movies. As a deal from retailer, I got extra warranty coverage at no cost, which made this even a more sweeter purchase. I recommend this one for my family and friends.

The technicians had to use an optical cable to connect it to the TV. I won't be able to watch DVDs on the theater system either, but who cares now that I have access to many other movie channels. Eventually, I'll upgrade the sound system. I can't use any remote to change the volume, but that'll just force me to get my butt up off the sofa! Lol. Finally, the Samsung remote is quite useful and I like that there's no batteries to replace. Nice job Samsung!

The 1080 is brilliant by itself, and the 4k for things like nature programs, is like looking out a window. The colors , clarity and detail an be amazing. Sound is good, although I do recommend a sound bar with sub woofer, which definitely does add t the experience. It brings TV to a whole new level of enteraintment. My favorite thing is watching movies. I can truly say this is the first time that the technology has gotten to the level, where watching on TV with a high quality sound bar, can rival a movie theater experience. (obvioulsy this depends on the quality of the content. ) But when all the pieces fit, WOW!

The TV was surprisingly lightweight, compared to previous TVs we have had. I was able to complete the setup without any difficulty, Samsung did a great job with a simple installation process. If I can complete it, anyone can! Samsung’s technology is amazing, the TVs they produce are top notch. I was instantly impressed with the picture quality just during the installation process & more impressed while watching a program. I enjoy the easy capabilities of accessing our online streaming on the menu at the bottom of the screen. I really enjoy streaming Amazon prime movies & shows on the big screen! This is a secondary tv for us but I think it may become our first choice for watching or streaming programs!

True colors to what I and what other filmmakers spend many hours to perfect as well as beautiful shots and action need to be presented perfectly, and this TV does. I also have a "smart home" and the smart features that this TV has make it smarter. I can just tell my virtual assistant to turn it on and off and that's it. Would buy it again!

Easy to use, amazing picture, and great sound! I am so glad I was able to make this upgrade. I always seem to be far behind the curve on TVs, but one perk is I am not spending as much on them
