Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is crazily awesome QLED TVs use Quantum dots which are inorganic, durable, stable and allow for excellent color and brightness. I love it. Meanwhile OLED TVs use a controversial organic material that leaves them susceptible to image retention.

We are able to auto set for game mode.Gives it a better experience and quality without any lag time. Our only issue is when we are trying to play our game system, The t v wants to reconnect to the cableTv for some reason while we are playing.

The clarity of the screen is exceptional and we are able to verify our 4k content displays as it should. We also used it to showcase the games as players try our devices with fantastic results. We are happy with our purchase and will probably purchase a couple more.

Image has great quality. It's vibrant & bright. Can use my phone & tv becomes huge display for it. I can also use cell as remote which is great because tvs today are useless without remotes it's not like it used to be where you didn't really need remotes nowadays they're required. Casting cell to TV is awesome as well. Game changing making a little entertainment system using both products.

I've always been a samsung customer and thought they would have been able to afford refunding. A TV mount service.

Not to mention the breathtaking picture quality, speed, memory and processing power it has. I just love my TV don't know what I would do with it it. Samsung is the best ?? hands down??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT BUY! Very pleased with my Samsung QLED TV. Also bought a Samsung soundbar to enhance the experience, which I would strongly suggest to anyone buying this TV. Still trying out all the “bells & whistles” of the TV, but definitely enjoying it. Wish there were more clearly defined “display” options, e.g., “Cinema”, “Sports”, etc., but maybe I’ll find those when I dig deeper into all the “bells & whistles.” I’ll enjoy it more once I’ve switched all my apps from my “Firestick” to the Samsung TV. The free “Samsung TV Plus” and the Samsung “Smartyhings” app are also VERY nice features!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from NO way to search for apps by typing in the app. There is no app search to find an app to download. When I use the regular search to find my favorite app: FORMED, it has no clue what I am looking for. My old Samsung had an app search. Also my DVD player can not be plugged into my tv because there is no spot for the cables. Disappointing because instead of paying a lot to stream, we get dvds free from our library to watch and now that is in the past. It is not that easy to navigate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture. But garbage ‘features‘ Bought this on sale from Best Buy when my old tv died. Beautiful picture, but the Samsung OS is garbage. Deleted the Samsung TV plus app but it defaulted to running that program when I turned the tv on. I called support and was told I had to delete all the channels on SamsungTV plus in order to generate ‘No Signal’ to prevent the ‘feature’ of autoplay. Add in requiring a Samsung account, and I wish I had read into the tv further. At least I got the autoplay to stop.
