Turned out to be huge mistake
"I'm giving this TV a one-star rating due to its misleading advertising. The product description implied that the included frame could be easily mounted on any wall. However, I discovered that it requires a recessed box to conceal the "One Connect Box" and its numerous cables. This additional installation step proved to be both costly and inconvenient. I had to hire an electrician for around $540 to install the recessed box and then another contractor for similar-priced wall repairs and painting. Even with the recommended soundbar, I still needed to deal with HDMI cables. It's frustrating that hanging this TV on a wall necessitates such extensive home remodeling. It's simply not worth the hassle."

Disorganized, Misleading Customer Service
As a Samsung Gold customer and fan of the Frame TV, I expected better from my second 75” Frame TV purchase. Unfortunately, the installation experience has been a nightmare. RXO, Samsung’s installation partner, initially claimed the TV couldn’t be installed safely due to “plastic parts”—but they didn’t even know the TV came with a mount.
I spent hours with Samsung customer service to confirm the correct mount, only to be told different things each time. RXO rescheduled my installation, yet arrived hours earlier than scheduled on Halloween. When I explained that we still didn’t have the right parts, they had no solution. Samsung and RXO clearly do not communicate.
Samsung suggested the same wall mount (already included with the TV), while RXO claimed they “didn’t know” what mount was required. I’ve filed complaints with the FTC and BBB and scheduled a costly professional installation with Best Buy to finally resolve this after a month of back and forth. As a teacher, I deal with a lot, but Samsung and RXO’s mishandling has been too much. I’m now seeking legal options for a refund due to this frustrating experience.
After multiple calls, hours spent waiting, and two failed installation appointments, I’m left with a TV I can’t mount. Customer service has been unhelpful and inconsistent. For a premium product and as a loyal Samsung customer, I expected far better. This experience has been frustrating and has wasted my time and money.
If you’re considering a Frame TV, triple-check compatibility before purchasing any mounts. Samsung, please address this issue for your customers—it’s disappointing to see this lack of accountability for a problem that clearly affects many.

Last Samsung Purchase
TL;DR: Don’t be swayed by the marketing, this is not a good TV or a customer focused company!
I love the idea of the frame TV, but unfortunately Samsung seems to have botched this product, and the Samsung support experience hasn’t improved from the public debacles over the years.
While in warranty my Frame TV developed a large yellow/green tinted spot in the middle of the screen. Attempts to get warranty support went completely unanswered. This seems to be a common issue judging by forums and reviews; one I should have paid attention to before my purchase.
Another technical note for the cinephiles. You’re likely not buying this TV for top of the line specs but for the ability to fit the environment it is in. Unfortunately the actual performance of the TV is disappointing even in that context. The motion smoothing, black frame insertion, and broken “FilmMaker Mode” make this and I believe most Samsung TVs a frustrating watching experience, trading between unholy saturation and distortion from artifacting or a silly amount of judder and contrast issues. This has nothing to do with panel capabilities and everything to do with Tizen, and the processing modes on the TV, the specs don’t matter when the software is this bad.

Large Backlight Bleeding Issues
Preordered the 2024 model because I’d been wanting a frame TV for quite a while. Unboxing was normal but it had weird white powder all over the outside of the TV, and when I went to turn on the TV it had insane amounts of backlight bleeding. My guess is that quality control is not great right now. Have never had issues with Samsung TV quality before, but this was extremely poor.

Unsatisfactory Customer Experience
Opened the extremely tapped box and started unboxing. Unfortunately the one connect box was not provided. I cannot power on our us the TV without a one connect box. I tried getting assistance from the chat agent who gave me a toll free number to call. I have called that number multiple times and just get put on hold for an exorbitant amount of time. I am so frustrated I cannot take to a live person who can help me get a one connect box so I can use my TV. Samsung customer service for me has been a horrible experience. I will try calling once again after I calm down.

Samsung The Frame TV
One of the main reasons I chose The Frame TV was its design. It truly looks like a piece of art when it’s off. The customizable bezels were a big selling point for me, as I could choose a frame that matched my room’s decor perfectly. The Art Mode is a brilliant feature – it displays beautiful artwork or personal photos, and many visitors have complimented how seamlessly it blends into the room.

Almost took a month for the tv to be delivered
I ordered a Samsung TV on September 1st to be delivered to my home. Samsung contracted RXO to deliver my tv, and the first delivery was scheduled for Wednesday September 11. The delivery date came and went without any communication from RXO. I was eventually able to reschedule it for Tuesday, September 17th. Once again the delivery was not fulfilled on that date. I rescheduled for Monday September 23rd but the day before I received a text that the delivery could not be completed as planned. I rescheduled for Tuesday the 24th. I received a message that the Tuesday delivery could not be completed as planned. I was finally able to reschedule for Thursday the 26th after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and receiving a response. I should not have had to go through all of these steps simply to receive a delivery.
If you are considering ordering this TV from Samsung, I would not recommend ordering directly from them. I would recommend purchasing from a company that can delivery the TV without using a cut rate last mile delivery provider.

75" Class The Frame QLED 4K LS03D was delivered on September 9th, 2024. Unfortunately, I have found that the picture quality does not meet my expectations, particularly for use in an entertainment room or for watching sports.
Upon researching the return process, I discovered Samsung's 15-day return policy, despite the delivery team advising me to retain the packaging for a potential return within the first 30 days. I have been attempting to reach out to Samsung for assistance regarding this matter.
In light of my experience, I would recommend considering purchases from retailers such as Costco or other large box stores, as they tend to be more accommodating and understanding in situations like this.

Worst customer service
I recently purchased a 75-inch Frame TV, and while the TV itself seems fine, the customer service has been a nightmare. When the TV arrived, it was missing a crucial bolt needed to securely connect it to the mount. Without this part, the TV is wobbly and unstable.
I contacted customer service multiple times, spending hours on the phone trying to get a resolution. Unfortunately, despite several attempts, they were completely unhelpful. Each time, I was given the runaround with no clear solution in sight. Now, I’m left with an expensive TV that can’t be properly mounted, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I expected much better from such a high-end product.
Buyer beware – if you run into any issues, don’t count on customer support to help you out!

Perfect fit for any living room
Love the way my TV looks in the living room. The Lvg Rm is still a project but the flexibility of that this tv brings to the table is amazing. You can go classy, modern or even Farmhouse. The quality is amazing as always. Anyways for sure I recommend it.

Complete quality failure.
I bought this today. The screen was cracked when I opened the box. The company’s response: we wouldn’t have shipped a broken tv, so they believe it’s my fault. More than $2k down the drain. Hurts me a lot more than it would a giant corporation. Never buying Samsung again; I hope the readers will learn from my loss.

Great TV but WORST customer service
i bought this tv about two weeks ago. while the tv itself is great, the one connect box that came with it was cracked all over its box. it’s been a nightmare trying to get it replaced with samsung e-commerce after literally more than 4 hours spent collectively altogether, via phone, text and email. lots of empty promises but they never follow thru. NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER. now when i called them on their e-commerce line, i dont even get connected. Samsung customer service is the WORST i have ever seen. i would much rather buy something else now

Love My Frame
Love the quality of the picture and the options to have art on display when the TV is not playing programming. Currently not on the wall, but it is never the less a 75inch beauty sitting on a TV console. Super happy with my purchase at a very good price.

Headache!
Purchased this tv 3 weeks ago and paid to have it installed. The "professional" install still hasn't happened. At this point I don't even know if this tv works or how it looks. It is still sitting sealed in the box! Called today, after the 3rd failed attempt to have it installed, to request a different installing company and was told to wait 1-2 days just to see if I can be done!! This is ridiculous will not buy another samsung product!!

Best TV EVER
wow!!! This TV is truly amazing, I have it hung up next to my photos on the wall and it really just blends in. I always hated the traditional look of a TV because when it was off it was ugly. Now it's a part of my decoration. This TV also has little to no glare and it's very hard to see fingerprints while it's on. 100/10 beautiful TV! Thank you samsung

A beautiful entertaining artwork
I was little concerned before buying the samsung frame tv and thought more of a gimmick but trust me once it was mounted on the wall all my perception has changed. It is a beautiful tv I have ever seen and the quality of the display is so good, even when you a direct lightsource in front of it. I am photographer by hobby and this frame is able display anything I throw at it and it displays it with beautifully. My only concern is audio but when paired with a samsung soundbar that concern also goes away. If given a chance I would buy another one for my home theater. I highly recommend this tv.

LAGGY LAGGY LAGGY - Looks cool though
Yes, the art part is cool. However, the software running this is total junk. No idea why Samsung doesn't fix it. After using for a time period it becomes SUPER LAGGY. On YouTube for instance, you move left/right/up/down to videos and the TV doesn't show the motion. This happens on all apps regularly. I then need to unplug power on the TV box, plug back in, and it works for a short while before happening again. Another item bad is game center. It's pointless; they just need to let you pin a gaming device to the homescreen like any other device.
Overall, neat, but would never recommend this to anyone at all.

Poor customer services for return, no refund!
If I could, I would do 0. We ordered 75 inch frame TV but it came with lots of scuff mark in the screen, so we request to return. When we placed order online, at that time, they had promotions get one 65 inch for free if you order 75 frame TV. Their drivers picked up both 75 and 65 inch TV from our house, but Samsung only confirmed the 65 inch was completely returned. In the order status website, the 75 tv was not returned yet… We emailed and called Samsung tons of time, even their ceo office, nobody can help us figure out anything. It has been three weeks, Samsung, you already picked up 75 inch TV from our house, we have all the pick up day photos and your contractor RXO also confirmed with us they picked up both TVs. Please update the return status and refund us!

TV not working and Bad customer service
I bought this TV a month ago. Reported issue on the day one they waited 15 days which i didn’t was the replacement window and they replied to my query after so they don’t have to replace TV. I have order model which is working great that is the reason we went with this TV. CS representative from Samsung was rude a didn't care. They sent technician out who asked me to take TV off qhich i have back issue and told him i can’t do it. Technician left and i called CS to complain about to my surprise CS told me i have to take TV off the mount and they somehow miss this detail to give me on earlier call. Drew the CS told me that supervisor will take 2 hours to come on call and put me on hold for 2 hours . Worst CS experience every.

Cracked screen
Purchased a Frame TV that was delivered damaged. We were in the middle of moving so we did not open the box for 5 weeks & when we went to set up the TV it had a crack in the screen. We were unable to get a replacement tv as we were past the return date. We essentially paid $2,000 for a broken TV.

Lost my TVs - Terrible customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. Worst and most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. I have literally never written a bad review in my entire 40 years on this planet. Samsung has lost the two tv’s that I ordered over a month ago and are blaming a glitch with their local shipping company; I’ve called the shipping company and they have no record of receiving/delivering the TVs. I have called SS countless times and spent hours and hours trying to get help, but it’s the same automated/scripted answers each time and ‘please call back this number blah blah blah, give us 2-3 more days blah blah blah’. It’s been over a month. I have requested a refund, but they say they can’t give one because I don’t have anything to return. Yeah, duh, because I never received the TVs!! Samsung should not sell TVs directly; they clearly don’t have the ability to address customer issues. I could buy the same TV on Amazon or Bestbuy right now and have it delivered in 1-2 days and if there was a problem, I have no doubt they would resolve it right away instead of this amateur circus. So ridiculous and frustrating. Samsung, get yourself together. And don’t make me constantly call YOU for updates.

The best Frame TV yet!
I was excited an updated frame tv was released this year and upon turning on the art display for the first time, I immediately noticed the improved color, clarity, and brightness. The brightness and clarity of the tv is satisfactory for my living space which is west facing with 2 large 95” W windows and a glass sliding door. I am also pleased with the minimal glaring and reflection which allows me to watch movies and shows during the day without any visual disruptions. The remote is responsive and doesn’t lag. The art display is gorgeous and the art app/feature has been updated to reduce lag time. Since the tv is quite large, we opt for professional mounting through Samsung and it was done within an hour. The tv sits flush up against my wall and truly looks like an art piece when in art mode. Overall, this is the best frame TV yet!

Great TV to display
We have the tv on a rolling cart that looks like an easel. The TV has great picture and does look like a painting on an easel when not watching. The slim look and the ability to rotate 90 degrees to display various art makes it very flexible. The picture quality is great.

Terrible customer support
Terrible service from Samsung. I ordered the frame tv and bezel, never received the bezel after more than 2 weeks. UPS says "the package was damaged during delivery and empty box was discarded", but still Samsung refuses to send me a replacement or refund the money and just tell me I have to wait an unknown amount of time until they resolve their issue with UPS. I have spent 4 times calling and chatting with support, each time spent 20-30 minutes on a call with no result. If I had bought from Amazon or any other seller, I would have received a replacement instantly without even calling.
