OMG Best TV I've ever seen / Have
I use this tv as our main entertainment center piece
The picture is second to none. I did not think I would be seeing 8K however the the 8K picture is amazing. I'm a huge sports fan, can't wait for the NFL to start up this fall. Baseball, hockey, golf are absolutely amazing

This product has awesome features and finest tune.
The color is beyond my vivid imaged dreams and has a burst of much like clarity richness with depth, it really makes new life to a once imagined world. It has inspired a whole fresh perspective and experience that will burst fourth from any way the human condition; ready willing and allowed can conceive. My Neo 8k. The best 5v I have ever owned!!
First off let me say this is an AMAZING TV!! The screen is so crisp, so vivid, that I feel like I'm watching something through my window rather than on TV. The sound is pretty great too but when paired with a Samsung surround system then you go from watching TV to being transported to a movie theater. I've always been a Samsung fan but you guys really out did yourself this time. Price is a little high but you really do get what you pay for.

Excellent picture quality! This is one of Samsung's best TVs to date. Do yourself a favor and buy this TV. I have the 75" and it is beautiful, the slim bezel makes it appear to be floating on the wall. Samsung has done it again.

It's has an amazing picture the colors are so amazing it shows my movies like a dream come true but the price is on the high side and the speaker quality is OK at best I mean I understand u don't want them to good otherwise I wouldn't have to buy the wireless surround sound and or sound bar that's my only compliment

BUYER BEWARE!
I ordered this TV and understood a full motion mount would be included. The regular mount arrived and I was told I would have to buy it. Okay, so I bought another mount and had it arrive for the installation day. I paid for the installation thought Samsung when I placed my order. The "installer" showed up ALONE to install a 75" TV. He said someone else was supposed to be there too but didn't show. I should have sent him away until they would come back together but my contractor's workers agreed to help him. The installer said that the full motion mount that Samsung sold me doesn't fit with my TV. So they used the original mount. While lifting it up, the Samsung installer dropped his end of my TV and it dented my mantle. (I had gone to work so I learned about this later after he left.) And it was installed crooked when I got home. I've taken it down so I'm left with an uninstalled TV. I've spent FOUR HOURS across two chats with customer service who offered me $75 for my trouble. Seriously??? The joke installation was way more than that alone. I told Samsung I want to return the TV and the customer service agent has repeatedly told me that I am still in the return window yet tells me that, despite being "escalated", the return is still being considered for approval. I was told I would hear from them in 24-48 hours and that was almost a week ago.
It's all sad because I've owned two Samsungs in the past and really enjoyed them. This company is taking a nose dive.
I AM DONE WITH SAMSUNG. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
