Horrible picture quality if not 4K
Very disappointed in this. Had an OLED for years - but it suffered major burn-in and we didn't want to go to another OLED. So after a LOT of research and ambivalence, we pulled the trigger on this new 75" QN90D. It was delivered yesterday and is now set up. The picture under 4K content is beautiful/amazing. Of course the store we saw this in only displays 4K content on their demo TVs, never broadcast. However the picture under normal Cable broadcast (xfinity) is horrible. Colors are very orange. Faces are washed out. Movement during sports and movement in general is blurry/jittery. And Yes, we have now spent hours trying to adjust the plethora of settings. We're seriously considering just returning this under the generous Return policy.

The Samsung QN90D Exceeds Expectations!"
I recently purchased the Samsung QN90D, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This TV has completely transformed my viewing experience. The picture quality is absolutely stunning the colors are vibrant, and the contrast is incredible .Watching movies in HDR is a whole new level of immersion!
As a gamer, I appreciate the low input lag , Playing on my PS5 has never been smoother, and the VRR support eliminates any screen tearing. It really enhances my gaming sessions!
The smart features are also impressive. The Tizen interface is intuitive, and I love that I have access to all my favorite streaming apps right at my fingertips. Voice control works seamlessly, making it easy to navigate.
Audio quality is also pretty good especially fallowing onscreen action and bass is extraordinary speech clear.
Design-wise, it looks sleek and modern in my living room, and the cable management keeps everything tidy.
Overall, I highly recommend the QN90D to anyone looking for a high-quality TV. It offers fantastic performance for both movies and gaming, and it’s definitely worth every penny!"

I wanted a 75” TV that was close in quality to my previous LG OLED EVO
This is the best match and on a better price.
The TV is fast and quality is very nice
The only downside is that the volume is at times off and I need to constantly adjust but I am jot sure if it the poor quality of what I was watching on Netflix or the TV itself
I like the thin design, but I am definitely happy I paid for installation because is so heavy

Amazing Looking TV With All The Features
I was in the market for a new TV and have been a previous QLED user. When these became available, it had everything I was familiar with and more. The color accuracy is amazing and the deep blacks that I've come to expect were better than before. All the extra features with the new OS make it the best TV I've ever had. Highly recommend to TV buffs as well as casual users.

Why mess up a good product?
I just purchased, last week a 75 NEO QLED 4K QN90D and it is impossible to communicate with Samsung. All I want is a complete owner's manual and information on how to go from the home screen to the tv programs. It has been impossible to get this information from your Chat Box or your 800 number. As a 90-year young Registered Electrical Engineer, I have never seen communications so poor on a New Product.

Just got this tv after months of research. After having a samsung 60" for 9 years upgrading to this 75" neo4k was amazing!
User interface is easy to use. Display is beautiful . Setup was easy and happy with my purchase. Worth every penny.

Huge upgrade from an 8 year old tv. More vivid colors and great brightness to overcome a large window in living room. Great reflection handing as well. Took a while to figure out how to change settings as the AI setting was on and limited manual picture changes. Would recommend this as an upgrade for anyone.

Couldn't be happier.
We purchased this TV for our living room in our new house. Upgraded from a 65" by a competitor to this 75" Neo QLED 4K and we are consistently impressed
We've had it 4 months and every time we stream something new, watch a movie or I play my PS5, something new catches us by surprise with the clarity, sharpness and quality of the picture and sound. Set up is so easy and Smart Things is great. We get notifications from our washer and dryer and other Samsung devices and can easily monitor our smart home right from the couch. I feel like I speak too highly about this TV and all of my Samsung devices, but the products do enough to prove that they should be considered when buying a new device with Samsung products available. We've purchased two different size TVs in this class in 4 months and I'm so pleased with the quality and functionality that I'm considering buying a third in the 8k line. I've never had to deal with customer service for a problem, but I wouldn't be shocked if it were a good experience as well. Keep it up Samsung. People are watching!
