Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the TV. Have an older model q70A 2021 release I absolutely love the TV, have an 85" and 65" for the same series, bought them with in months of each other. Love the smart features, wifi connectivity and apps on the store. It's great to watch movies. The sound is below average at best, but when paired with Samsung system sub woofer and sound bar, it is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 85 inches of Gorgeous & Brilliant Awesomeness!!! We are approaching 9 months of ownership, and haven't been disappointed in any way at all! The clarity, colors, ease of use, and features all contribute to an amazing viewing experience. Some of the features such as 'living wallpaper', 'tap view', 'Q-Symphony', and the 'SmartThings' app, all make ownership even more enjoyable and convenient. We paired this with a Q700C Samsung 3.1.2ch Wireless Dolby ATMOS Soundbar and were immediately drawn into a beautiful and immersive theater-like encounter. And by adding an Am@z0n 4K F1re$tick it unlocked amazing features and results! And don't even get us started on how mind-blowing it is to play XBox on this work-of-art!! Samsung is our go to for everything from appliances, to phones, to watches, to audio/visual. We are never let down, and are positive you wouldn't be either!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely amazing! This tv has it all. I love this tv. I can watch all of my fav apps and the quality is amazing! I also have 2 sound bars that help to amplify the already amazing sound. The quality on the picture almost makes it seem like the people are in your living space. I would recommend this to anyone. When you first get it, you will need at least 2 people to set it up but after you get it where you want it to be, the installation process is easy. Honorable mention, the processor is amazing with lightening speed. Samsung really made a great product ??

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Massive in every qay The only challenge when purchased, is getting some assistance to mount this 85" behemoth, if you didn't pay for installation. Once installed, setting up is a breeze, even for non-techy folks. If you're new to the Samsung tv UI, give yourself time to adapt. If any apps don't seem to be working right, press and hold the power button for 3-5secs until it reboots. That usually resolves any app issues. If it's still problematic, call samsung support. Another plus is being able to watch your TV on your Samsung Galaxy phone (exclusively) using Smart view from the app drawer or Smart things app (view tv on phone). Sound is more than sufficient but a soundbar enhances movies, sports and music streaming. External sound can be connected via Bluetooth, HDMI or optical. Due to the size of the set, any signal under 1080p or 720p is a no-no. Watching UHD/HD content is best. Enjoy the inbuilt wallpapers or photo gallery on your TV to amaze your visitors or even yourself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stay away from Samsung, worst customer service!!! Have had 2 Samsung TVs over the past 3 years, both broke. One was under Samsung warranty the other was a month past the warranty. The one under warranty was a nightmare to resolve, first trying to get it fixed (4 visits) with them replacing the same part all 4 times. You would think after 2 times you would replace a different part cause the part you kept replacing wasn’t the issue. Then fighting for the refund with their customer service department was a complete joke. They lie and play games. My advice is stay away from Samsung if you can. Do your research before buying, check complaints and the BBB. I know all companies have issues but the dealings I had with Samsung were incomprehensible.

I started off with a smaller screen but received the Okay from the Mrs. So we went 85. I have a 55Q80 and a 65K series from 2017, needless to say I love Samsung and knew what to expect but was still blown away by this behemoth of a screen. I’m in love

It has great quality and vibrant colors. We love watching nature and wild documentaries. We see great details in any kind of motion pictures. It is easy to navigate as well. Like Samsung plus feature too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WOW!! :-0 …. High quality 85in for less than 2k. I love Samsung products. Fridge, stove, soundbar, etc… Samsung makes a top quality product. I bought the 85in ( and not the entry level ) tv for less than 2k. I didn’t even know about Samsung plus tv for free. Movies, games plus more…… My only complaint would have to be the remote. Sometimes LESS isn’t more. Small and thin. Circular D-pad and few multi-function buttons. Good for some not for others. I was sad to not see a way to control my Samsung soundbar settings from my tv remote. Oh you can connect a lot of stuff but the remote doesn’t control much. Only had tv for a couple of weeks and had THE GEEKS install it. So there is a lot of stuff to test still. I worked around Samsung tv’s for years and witnessed the abuse they can take. Sooooo. Samsung all the way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Few of the software items were not enable Firmware needs to be reinstalled, Apps do not stay after download. The store will have to replace the device after troubleshooting for 3 days. Can't get Alexa to install. Netflix had to be reinstalled twice
