The Alexa feature on the TV is very helpful, especially when we forget where we placed the remote and want to turn the TV off or adjust the volume. One minor problem is the rainbow lines/ reflection when the lights in our kitchen (when faces the TV) are switched on. For us, this is a rare issue since we usually watch TV with lights off. We placed the TV using the stand (not wall mounted), and have had no issues with it. The TV volume is very good. We also like the different brightness modes (Dynamic, Natural, Movie maker, etc) and also the fact that we can set a minimum brightness. The TV also has multiple HMDI ports. We have used this a few times, and it works very smooth.

You must, must partner this with a sound bar or amplifier as the TV speakers themselves are just not able to deliver good sound.I also bought the Samsung Q 800 sound bar with a subwoofer which it easily linked with love the picture love the size love how easy it was to set up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing picture! This Tv is simply amazing. The colors jump at you. The image is so real and lifelike. I get no glare whatsoever. I love that this TV can be set up to know what type of programing it's streaming and will automatically adjust the image to that. Speakers are great. My only suggestion and a minor at that, include a manual for the remote control. I know it's on the web and the tv but some of us like to read lol. Did I mention you can split the screen and watch 2 things at once? I just love this tv and can't say enough of it.

Both Samsung QLED, and, thus far, very happy with the picture and functionality as far as interoperability with my AVRs and AppleTV box. I never review the sound of these tvs, as the sound is half the experience.

The colors just pop, the black colors are fantastic and the panel is as bright as you would ever want. I'm am so glad I made this purchase. Can't be beat for the price point.

But, after first 3-4 months, the clarity improved tremendously. Alight adjustments were made in order to change existing settings. Not able to pinpoint the actual setting changed? Anyway, so far so good.

I really enjoy the fact that it has an abundance of features and even some that I don't use but it's good to know they are there if i ever choose to use them. Currently don't have any issues with the device at all and am extremely happy with the speed, functionality and quality of this TV.

It had some new features that our older TV didn't have. So we are still getting used to it. Such as the picture in picture. When you hit home it has all the apps already on the screen. With a large family, the adaptive sound is a cool feature. The voice control option is a bit finicky, but we don't use it much anyway. Overall it's a great TV. My family loves it, and took family movie nights to the next level.

The only small complaint is the auto color correct during times when the sun is very bright in the room the TV becomes a little dark to see. Overall very happy with the purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not Happy received the new tv and right off the bat the remote didn't work (you would think after buying a $4000 tv they would include a charger with the tv remote but they don't). i spent hours on the phone with techs and supervisors, and nobody could figure out any of the three different problems i've had with this tv and the remote. support techs not knowledgeable at all.

We got this tv because our LG 75" had been damaged by lightning. Great upgrade! We stream Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney regularly.

Made a mistake once a bought a cheaper Vizio TV and within a year it started to act up and not work correctly. Could never get the screen size corrected and would change each time you turn on the TV. Trashed it and now I will not buy anything else but a Samsung. Very happy and satisfied with all 5 of my Samsung TVs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV. I bought this recently. It's a perfect TV for me as I was replacing my old Q7. I love everything about it. Viewing it from any angle doesn't change what you are viewing. Only problem I have is Youtube freezing and crashing every time I switch to it from another app. I have tried everything but it's not working. I can't delete and reinstall because it came pre-installed. I love the TV though and I intend to use it for many years.
