I think working with a local retailer is great in servicing the customer. I didn’t order set up and found the and to TV assembly of the stand with tools required was impressive. This TV is a great value for the money for clarity for viewing, streaming and on line gaming.

Gaming looks spectacular. The settings allow me to adjust picture quality according to what I'm watching. I would 100% recommend this tv to anyone in the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This seems like a scam I ordered this 85inch with mounting bundle on Oct 23. I was given a delivery date of Nov 22. No communication until Nov 22 when the delivery date was removed. I have spent hours with the “customer care “ chat - they have no idea on when the tv will be delivered leave aside installed. I am still “waiting” and did an online reschedule to Dec 11. Which I know is not going to happen. If this is the situation pre sales - God forbid if anything goes wrong after purchase , I can imagine the struggle. It’s a waste of time and money. If anyone at Samsung is listening please contact me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game Changer! I bought this 85" NEO QLED to replace my 65" curved screen 4k. I always thought the picture quality on my curved screen was great until I got the 85". Man it's just spectacular. Definitely a game changer for me. I paired it with a Bose Smart Ultra soundbar and Bose 700 bass module. Incredible sound. With the tv picture quality and the soundbar system, I rarely leave my living room. Incredibly highly recommended.

Easy to use, Great picture, Tue 4K, Great sound quality and output, Vivid colors, and so many options. With all the bells and whistles, you could not ask for a better TV period I have Samsung Tv's in my household and passed on to my children dating from over 20 years ago, all running strong and bright. This baby, goes right to the top of the list.

Samsung delivered it the wrong house twice though a shipping company and neither Samsung nor the delivery service would correct the address they input incorrectly. After 2 weeks of that the tv finally arrived and displayed horizontal artifacts on the right side of the display. Processer suffers long load times for apps. Would not recommend this for purchase.

The amazing quality of the picture makes me feel as though I am actually there which is why many purchase TVs of this caliber. I shouldn't expect anything less from samsung with how all if most of my products are samsung so yeah.

This is probably the best product that I've ever purchased besides my Galaxy 24 Ultra. We stepped up from a 55" and I was worried the sheer size of the screen would cause a blurring effect when it came to watching live sports. Fortunately, that wasn't the case as this TV was very remarkable in keeping a crisp, sharp image. Worth every penny...

I don't really understand how 8K could be any clearer or crisper than this 4k QLED! The picture almost looks 3 dimensional. I get comments from anyone that enters my home entertainment room on not only the sheer size but excellent colors.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Display No doubt about the display quality. Top notch.. the colors reproduced are true and accurate. Doesn't give in much to the light reflection. However, one caviat is the software, although I believe it is the latest, I do not understand why the software is not as smooth as the phone and lags a bit at each startup of the TV. Overall, great TV with minor software flaw, which isn't when you're patient and give it time to load.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Customer Service/Lack of Transparency Purchased this (actually a different) TV several weeks ago. Not only did they "switch" my TV with a lesser one (same size and relatively comparable) without my knowledge, they were delayed with delivery and could not do anything about it. I read several reviews about the lack of customer service and support and took a chance, unfortunately I was let down as others were. I do understand it is the holiday season and these things happen, but lack of transparency or desire to correct on Samsung's end.

Swapped the TV model without informing, sent a wrong mount, delayed installation from RXO, false promises of refunds. I read such reviews, but thought that it would be one-off experience BUT looks like its regular with Samsung for giving wrong information to customer, and then just apologizing again and again without giving any solution. Couldn't have expected such a poor customer service from a brand like Samsung. The product is good so 5 starts to that, but low rating is because of extremely poor customer support.

The QN85D completely blew my mind in terms of picture quality. If you get while you can, I definitely will recommend it to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible and unacceptable delivery service. I read all the terrible delivery reviews, and thought that can't happen to me. Well it did. I ordered the Tv, and confirmed delivery 3 times with Samsung's delivery partner BestBuy. BestBuy called me the night before the scheduled delivery and told me I was their first delivery the next day. THE DAY OF DELIVERY IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I then called best buy and they said there was no record of the delivery being scheduled and needed to push it another 5 days. My suggestion is to buy somewhere else until the shipping issues get figured out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Picture is not great I am NOT a fan of the picture quality. It has lots of pixel oversampling around moving images. Voices NEVER stay synced. Have to turn it off, unplug, plug in and turn on to fix it. Samsung customer tech support is USELESS. Was on the phone with them for over an hour for them to tell me "Don't know" If I could return it, it would be boxed and gone TODAY. If you are in the market, spend the extra money and get the OLED. The NEO is terrible. I regret purchasing this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung never disappoints I recently moved into a new house with a large viewing wall space and I took the opportunity to upgrade from my 65" curved Samsung 4k to an 85" Neo QLED. I compared it in store to all the competitors and found no reason at all to switch to anything else besides Samsung. This tv is an incredible value. The picture is so crisp and vibrant, it blows me away every time I watch it. It was incredibly easy to set up. The user interface is very smooth and easy. I paired it with a Bose Smart Ultra soundbar and series 700 subwoofer. Highly recommended, by the way. It absolutely slaps, and the whole package puts a huge smile on my face whenever I hit the on button. I've owned Samsung tvs since the 90s and frankly will never switch to a different brand. Really couldn't be happier that I chose this QLED!

The detail of the picture whether a movie or sporting event, you feel you are there in person. Samsung is the only provider of TV's and computer monitors we use both at home and in business.

This tv to replace an old samsung 60”. Very happy with this tv so far. Nice bright picture and the colors are fantastic. Wall mounted using the Sanus vlt7 tilt mount. I believe the vesa mounting holes are offset.

When looking to upgrade my TV I researched several other Samsung tvs and other brands as well. The QNLED85 seemed to check all the boxes for myself. Affordable, amazing picture, powerful processor, and the user interface. Some of the other tvs I looked at in person had such clunky software that it frustrating to use. The only thing I do not like about this TV set up is the controller. I absolutely can't stand the placement of the quick launch buttons. They need to be about 1 inch or more further away from the volume and channel buttons. I'm either opening up a service or hitting mute when changing the volume. Interrupting the movie almost every time I want to change the cume. Also it would be nice if the remote wasn't perfectly rectangle. In the dark its hard to tell if you have it in your hand correctly.

Had to go to my order page to see that there was a delay. Called Samsung and they could not help me with any update on my order. Very disappointed! Have been a loyal customer for a long time, but thinking twice now about future purchases.

They said there was no time to push the cable through. Plus didn't connected the outside speakers. That was terrible unfortunately I'm not sble to fo anything because my COPD.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very disappointing experience with Samsung I recently ordered the new 85-inch TV from Samsung, eager to receive it due to holidays and family meetups. However, my excitement has turned into frustration as the delivery has been significantly delayed. I placed my order on December 12, 2024, with the promise of delivery by December 18th. The site was updated with status as delivered on Dec 15th when UPS created the label on Dec 13th, and they are still waiting for the package. Unfortunately, it has now been beyond the expected date, and I have not received any proactive communication explaining the delay or refund. Since the order status is updated as delivered in Samsung, I reached out several times to customer service and was informed that the issue is being looked into and they need 10 business days from the date it was marked as delivered to determine the shipment is lost and issue a refund. I had to explain the same thing to customer service several times: "it was not delivered". This experience is very disappointing, especially because I chose Samsung based on its reputation for reliability. While I understand that delays can occur, better communication and transparency would help manage customer expectations.  My hopes of getting this order are not so bright. I will think twice about buying online on the Samsung website again.

I have it in my living room that has a lot of natural light and I was worried about the light glare. No issues at all! That backlight is strong and this thing is great! I love thy the stand is center mounted so I don’t have to fight it when I have a tv stand that is a little shorter.

The colors qwre so crisp the frames were so smooth and clear!! I was amazed. You dont even need to get the biggest size depending on your layout of the room but with a 50" and above is where you will enjoy it like i did. Good product and i recommend it.

Connects great with our sound bar and game console. Love the one touch and speech features. Even the remote is a fantastic upgrade from the last Samsung TV I had! Highly recommend this TV!
