Ive never had a problem with Samsung tv's in the past. Samsung is the only brand ive purchased in years. Now 2 years after purchase I have a black square on the bottom right of the screen. This is the most expensive tv ive ever purchased and it's the only TV I've ever had a problem with.

This was the second TV I replaced because of the screen issue. I think QN900C has a manufactured defects with the screen. Not recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Terrible durability and refused to repair I bought this TV in Nov of 2022. In Oct 2023, I started having issues with the backlight going out. Samsung refused to fix my problem, asserting that it was HDMI cables. It was not, and their techs should know the difference. A few weeks ago, now out of warranty, this TV completely died. I will be replacing it with another brand. Do not buy this product. Samsung does not stand behind the quality or performance of their TVs

I now watch shows I never did because of the visuals. The edge to edge screen makes it even more attractive. My wife is also very impressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from !!DO NOT EXPECT WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE!! I ordered the 85 inch TV, and on the website it is supposed to come with white glove delivery and unpacking. It is clearly stated on the order page of the TV! I also ordered the add on service of installation and wall mount. This was the whole reason I purchased straight from Samsung. I am disabled and can not take a television up a set of stairs. I have bought many Samsung items and normally praise the service and product, but after this purchase I will be looking elsewhere. When I got confirmation from the shipping company, it was shipped as a threshold delivery where they just bring it to the door. I immediately call Samsung and after two days and probably 3 hours on the telephone, I was told there was nothing they can do. I now have a Television sitting in my garage because I can't lift it. I guess I will call a moving company and pay them to move the television for me.

It overcomes glare easily in a bright room thanks to its outstanding SDR peak brightness and excellent reflection handling, so it's great for watching TV shows or sports. It's also very good for use in a dark room due to its effective local dimming feature, so it's a good choice for watching movies. It's an excellent TV for gaming due to its incredibly low input lag and quick response time, so it delivers a responsive gaming experience that has very little blur behind fast-moving objects, and it has VRR support and HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, which makes it a great choice to pair with modern consoles or gaming PCs. The TV is also a great option for use as a PC monitor since it displays chroma 4:4:4 properly, and the viewing angle is wide enough that the sides of the screen stay uniform when sitting up close. PROS Effective Local Dimming feature. Outstanding SDR peak brightness and excellent reflection handling to overcome glare. Good upscaling capabilities. Easy-to-use smart interface with a wide selection of streaming apps. CONS TV has an only adequate viewing angle. Best TV I ever had in my life. THANKS SAMSUNG

I play the new console games, watch movies & sports. This beautifully created masterpiece checks all the boxes anyone could ever want and then more. Just when I think I couldn’t enjoy it more it surprises me continually. Do yourself a favor and see it for yourself. Time is the most valuable thing we all have to give and when it comes to entertainment I want the best experience for the time I spend. There is literally not another TV or manufacture on earth that can do what this engineering masterpiece can do.

My wife and I enjoy the great visual graphic detail when watching movies and other entertainment like DVD's and live broadcasts. The sound is okay, but we use a sound bar for better range and quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful viewing experience with a few minor nits I researched TV's for weeks before settling on this over a popular (non-Samsung) OLED TV and I am very pleased with this investment. It's big, like I can barely reach the mount for adjuments b/c my arms aren't that long, big. My viewing distance is about 10-11 ft and I find the picture quality is superb, crystal clear and sharp w/accurate colors (I did perform the Professional Calibration). My use is varied but mostly streaming of 4K content and I find the inputs are sufficient. It's really amazing to watch, HDR content looks excellent and the remote is a big hit with the family containing all necessary functions in a small, light package. I have opposing windows so glare is always a problem but it's the best TV I've had so far for reducing glare. There are some drawbacks, some easily fixed, some maybe not. The frame is almost non-existent but due to the aforementioned glare, I'd personally prefer a matte black bottom frame color over the shiny black (I see reflections of my windows like two bars on the bottom edge). The Home screen is very good, but maybe I'd like a second row of apps rather than an exceeding long single row. These are both minor things. More significant issues are Bixby, which pops up randomly and annoyingly without being summoned, and the lack of Dolby Vision - I know it supports HDR10/10+ but there is much DV content out there and it doesn't all fallback to HDR10/10+. Samsung should support DV in addition to HDR10/10+! An outstanding TV overall!

The frame captures and holds a fast frame rate without lag and without missing a beat. In terms of depth, shadowy areas are kept forward and have an edge. Longer movies are a pleasure to watch, particularly nature documentaries. For sports, there is a high level of detail and specificity without lag.

No need to ever change batteries again, it's charged with type C cable and has what appears to be a solar panel on the back to charge it. I haven't tried it. Picture is perfect great shapness and details. Sound is very nice with good quality. I recommend this tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Breathtaking Picture Quality I really wanted to have the best picture I could in my living room, I was initially looking at OLED but the brightness levels and screen size just were not there, that is when I started looking at the NEO QLED. First of all, the box this comes in is much larger than I expected and the packing is excellent! You can tell some time and effort was put into engineering the packaging for this device. The 85" screen does a great job filling the intended location, if there was a larger OLED I may have considered it, but with the limited brightness in OLED screens I may have still gone this route. The quality of the pictures is just amazing, if I'm watching 1080p or 4k content it is really hard to tell the difference unless I really know the source quality, hopelessly I have no 8k source content to compare to The color correction / tuning application was an unexpected experience, simply used my phone camera and it did all the work automatically setting up the screen color settings for me. The only problem I have had seems to tie into the TV streaming application functionality and internal memory management. The TV acts like an always on state, even when it's off it doesn't seem to ever close the running applications. Periodically I have to force power cycle the TV by unplugging it and plugging it back in as performance just screeches to a hault when trying to navigate the menu's. This power cycle is not very convenient as everything is tucked behind the TV hung on the wall

The 85in screen just makes movies look like you in them. The screen has a gloss look and darks are dark colored. Our home has many windows and there isn’t glares. The back of the tv is slim considering the size of the tv. One thing I would recommend is Samsung to make the power cord longer or move its port on the back of the box because it gets pulled too far and cord won’t work because it gets a short. I absolutely love my 8k TV! Worth it! Get the 9 speaker+ surround and you will be pleased

Its got 3 USB ports which are definitely a need . an optical S/PDIF audio out, an EX Link port for system integration, a wifi 5 adapter onboard, and a blue tooth 5.2 radio on it as well, and we all need Bluetooth for sure! The only downside to this TV is it lacks thump in its audio. But with the Samsung soundbar to go with it it's no biggie and sounds beautiful

Highly recommend just try not to wiggle or move it to much when you buy/install the TV bc it is the size where it breaks very easily

Steaming is literally one click away, and the picture quality is 8K top of the notch, nothing beats a Samsung TV, Samsung is the ultimate best there is on the market to buy. Not to mention playing any game on console just feels like a new experience. With every new TV samsung brings out. Gaming on your TV just feels more comfortable than a monitor.

I gave this television five stars because of all of the TVs I've watched movies on, this one is by far the most immersive, the picture qualities actually bring you in like your there within the depiction. It's so clear you can sonetimes see the makeup on the newscasters faces!

Samsung QN900C’s most salient strength by far. And it’s not just with 8K content, which looks awesome, but also when upscaling content in 4K and lower resolutions, which you’ll encounter far more often. I also love the one connect prot it just makes everything better and hides the cords. Making it look appealing.

It has as a max refresh rate of 144Hz, putting it on par with high-end gaming PC monitors. During my hands-on look at the 8K panel, it made animal documentaries and The Legend of The Legend od Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom look like they were about to jump off the freaking screen and makes PS5 look like a PS6 with how amazing the graphics look. Its future proof. Hardly any streaming or any gaming consoles are using 8K yet. So this is prepari g for the future when they do come out. Its the first tv that I've purchased were I was able to setup all my devices that I'm using with a single cable. Its really cool, because it has an HDMI switch device so my cable managment behind the TV isn't all messy. I leveled up my tv experience with the "Samsung HW-Q900C 7.1.2ch Soundbar with Rear Speakers". But the sound quality is already pretty great, so its not a necessity, but it sure amps it up another notch!

I had the 2021 8k model but this is miles away in regards to picture clarity and sound. All the build-i. Apps look beautiful...no exaggeration and the YouTube 8k videos will blow you away, the colors are on your face and the extreme details are just amazing. Now if you really want extreme gaming just hook up a PS5 to it (that's what I have) and be prepared to immerse yourself on true clarity and sound. This tv is hooked up to a Samsung 11 speaker soundbar and all I can tell you is wow. Worth every penny.

Installed TV new from box and when turned on a crack on the inside of the TV screen. Samsung says this voids warranty and nothing can be done. I'm out almost 5 thousand dollars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worked Great... For 3 Days After researching and shopping for awhile we decided to purchase the 85" Class Samsung Neo QLED 8K QN900C. We had previously only owned low-end TVs usually purchased on black Friday so this was a HUGE step up for us and we were very excited. Finally placed the order and was given a delivery date, everything went downhill from there. The day before it was due to arrive we got a call from RXO, the delivery company, pushing delivery back an additional 2 weeks. I had already removed our 65" TV and wall mount and was forced to remount it for 2 weeks. A major inconvenience but things happen so we weren't too upset about it. Two weeks later the new one arrives and installation was relatively easy. We powered it up and were amazed at the picture quality! A couple days later the screen suddenly dimmed to the point it was barely visible. I powered off for a few minutes and it was back to normal but the dimming reoccured a couple hours later. Started searching online to see if there was an energy saving setting causing the issue and spent hours adjusting settings. Nothing helped so I reset to factory default and called customer service. The customer service in itself deserves a one-star rating but I will keep this review about the tv. I spent about 2 hours on a call with tech support checking settings and running diagnostic tests before they acknowledged the TV was not functioning properly and we would need to return for replacement or refund. I chose to refund partly due to my customer service experience but also because every cheap TV we had ever owned lasted for years but the one we paid big money for only lasted 3 days. We are back to a low-end 86" LG but at least it works.

Deep saturated blacks with vibrant colors and no lag noticed with these old blues. Has all the connections I needed. OS hasn't had any updates.
