My pops got sick of my complaining about running out of space in my Xbox. I have a 4yo, so it's been knocked over and clean off my table multiple times and it's never given me a problem. Today's games are only getting bigger too. Now I have it on my Xbox Series X and use it as my, "overflow drive", because Gamepass be like that. ?? I just made the switch to PC Gaming, and I passed the 2 TB Evo drive down to my son. Now I'm saving up for my next Samsung SSD, something faster, and likely bigger. The T5 Evo is still going strong after taking a bit of a beating and use frequently. There's no doubt I'll be getting at least a T9 as soon as I can afford it. Gaming Laptop life.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from usage limitation I just had it yesterday. I am surprised that you cannot open the drive if the password is enabled from other PCs without installing the drive software. It is not like other portable drives with pop-up messages asking for a password to unlock the drive. using the drive this way will be limited and not helpful. I do not recommend buying it, and I regret purchasing it, as it was not previously announced that its use was limited by installing the software. I am not going to trust such a product in the future.

I love that it is a true SSD and that it holds so much memory despite no need for an external power source. It's completely silent and it's small size is impressive considering the storage space. I also love that (among other features most portable hard drives) you can password protect it! I've dropped it once or twice and still works as great as the day I bought it, due to the incredible metal build quality even though it's lightweight. Highly recommended. Bought one for my dad 2 years ago.

After my vacations my drive has been in my backpack and it's fine, is a tough easy to carry and use drive. 2 TB have been more than enough to backup my Galaxy Ultra files ever since.

I got this drive from Amazon for my everyday use, I backed up my Galaxy S23 Ultra and store it in my backpack or my trousers pocket, It is tough, I am not the most cautious guy and the drive is holding strong, I like the the port is a USB C and I can use my charging cable to transfer files easly from my Galaxy S23 Ultra. The 2 TB size has been more than enough for my everyday needs.
