A Total Disconnect
Only had the product 2 weeks. The hard remote only worked about 30% of the time and the remote on my phone took sometime to connect to the TV. Also one day I turned it on and it made a continuous loud noise. Had to restart twice to make the audio normal again. Returned to store.

Bad HDMI connection, no way to reset picture ratio
Hooked the TV up in my office and it occurred an HDMI warning errror and the TV could not be reset despite hours of attempts with Samsung Tech support. I’ve had Samsung TV’s in the past and always loved them. Long story short, I took the TV back and exchanged for a different one and the second one had a zoomed in aspect ratio. Despite multiple attempts trying everything suggested by Samsung and the school’s tech department, the standard aspect ratio was grayed and could not be reset. The fact that there is multiple forum conversations on this same issue leaves me to believing eve that Samsung TV’s have some tech connection issues that need worked out. I revelry bought a Cheapo Vizio and lo and behold plugged it in and it works great. Again, I have always loved Samsung TV’s but fortunately the 32” that I wanted for my office to occasionally hook my laptop up to and sometimes watch some streaming services while working was a bust.

Great product at a great price!
this is my 5th samsung tv purchase. one 65” in the media room and four 32” in the bedrooms.
all have been beautiful in picture quality and reliable in performance.
i would not consider buying another brand.

Picture quality is good.
We have had the TV for three weeks. Picture quality is good. I have issues with my hands, the remote is not nearly as easy to use as our Roku. Foot stands are not easy to secure.

No Bluetooth
This TV is the correct size for a bedroom, but does not have the correct features. If one person is sleeping, you can’t use Bluetooth headphones to watch TV if you can’t sleep. I can’t understand no Bluetooth this day and age.

First smart tv.
Have had tv for 1 month. I have other Samsung tv's but this is the first smart tv. The only complaint is that the new smart tv sound is not in sync with the other Samsung tv's in the house, when connected to cable, and on the same channel. Has a slight echo effect. If watching same channel in different rooms have to turn sound off on one of them.

Perfect for a bedroom
We bought this model to replace an existing TV in our master bedroom that had stopped responding to remote controls. It's the perfect size to mount on a wall bracket in a bedroom and picture quality is excellent. But the best feature is that the sound is also excellent--something you don't often find in small, flat screen TVs these days. In fact, the sound on our main TV in the den was so bad that we had to add a sound bar! This Samsung definitely doesn't need a sound bar.

No speaker after 15 months
This is a great little TV, unless you want sound coming from it after 15 months of ownership. I expected more from Samsung as I have had good experiences with my larger Samsung TVs. Very disapointed that I now have a very loud hum and popping and crackling sounds coming from the speaker.

Don't buy if you plan to connect to a laptop
After trying everything, including checking for laptop driver updates and TV software, this TV just won't connect to my laptop via HDMI.
All I get is a message that I need to change the resolution on my laptop. Tried that - still doesn't work. It doesn't help that no one can say what resolution I need to change it to.
PC/laptop is my main input so this was a complete bust.

Bought to upgrade children's TVs and this was a great hit. The clarity is great and perfect for both kid's rooms. Definitely worth it. Color is superb and the sound is clear and crisp for such a small TV.

I love it!
I bought my unit over a year ago for my refurbished bedroom to use as a satellite television receiver and computer monitor. I also added a local over the air antenna to it for “just in case” situations of power/satellite/cable outage. I have NO reservations about recommending this unit! The only thing I wish it had is a timer to turn it ON automatically in the morning like the old Samsung unit it replaced, and a external speaker connection in addition to the digital audio output.

Spectrum TV App does not work
Just got this TV 8/1/17. I think the TV works fine, but one of main reasons I got it is because it has full access to the internet. Unfortunately, the one feature I wanted to use on it is the Spectrum App. Spectrum support has told me that everything is connected properly, but when I try to log into the Spectrum TV App, I get an error message SCF-1003. According to Spectrum, the TV needs a firmware update. I have the latest update installed on m Samsung TV UN28M4500 (version 1106), but the Spectrum App still does not work. I googled the problem and there are numerous problems like this between the Spectrum App and Samsung TVs. Wish someone would fix it. I give the TV a higher rating is this feature worked.

I love this tv but it's missing one thing
this tv has literally everything I love all it's features but it's missing a headphone jack my tv just broke today and i got this one to replace it but unfortunately it doesn't have a headphone jack i loved that feature in my old t v because i have terrible hearing and people always complain about how loud i watch tv it hasn't been a problem for the last few years cause i could just plug in headphones now i can't but that's my only complaint though i love everything else about this tv

Gave up on trying to solve the Wi-Fi problems.
I'm gonna keep it simple because I have to re-write this review. The picture quality is great on this TV, however the Wi-Fi issues are not very fun. A lot of other people have this issue besides me, this issue persists from their QLED/OLED to Standard HD Smart TVs. I have tried everything out there and nothing has worked. I received this TV as a gift for Christmas and I was so thrilled when my parents got me a new TV. Then my dreams were shattered after two days when the problems began. The only way to fix this is to hold the power button down on the remote and "restart" the TV. Other not so great things about this TV are the sluggish UI and the terrible AirPlay connectivity. I never bothered contacting Samsung support because they're useless. I made a community thread on this issue and one person replied back saying they have the same issue and how Samsung Support gave them the same generic work-arounds that do not work and that there is no solution to this issue. Why? Samsung uses garbage LAN cards for their TVs, cheap ones that have issues. Yet models prior to 2016 are fine for the most part if I am correct. I have gone to extreme lengths to try to permanently solve the issue, but I can't. I have no warranty for the TV because I never would have thought twice about this issue and it was a Christmas present which was generous enough of my parents. I will eventually switch to a LG QLED 2160p 4k Upscaling Smart TV once I can scrounge up enough money to buy one. If you are looking for a simplistic TV for the picture quality, Samsung is the way to go. However, if you are looking for more advanced features, stay very far away from Samsung's Smart TVs.

Excellent TV
I bought this Samsung 3 weeks ago. This is my 4th Samsung TV over the years. The only thing that is wrong with this TV is the little "feet" that hold the TV up are not right. They are making the TV kind of fall forward and I have had to insert cardboard to prop them up. So scared the TV is going to fall forward.

Our bedroom TV stopped because of OLD age, therefore we bought the Samsung M4500 HD TV WOW! Now I can fully enjoy TV watching. I'm trying to figure a way do seed up the demise of our family-room tube TV. My wife says it is still OK. BUT, why is she always watching TV in the bedroom?? Could it be that it is better than family-room TV? I wonder!

Great TV, but Wifi keeps disconnecting
We bought this TV to put in our guest bedroom. I set up the TV, and turned it off. The next day, I went back and turned the TV back on. Wifi would not connect. Had to reset the settings. Next day, same thing. This is a common issue that many are reporting but hasnt been fixed. It is essential that there is a Wifi connection because we do not have cable or Ethernet in that room, so it exclusively uses smart TV. I had to direct connect a range extender to get the Wifi to stay connected. However, the TV itself works great and has great picture. With that being said, I cannot recommend this to anyone who uses the smart TV function, which many people do.

Average TV with Poor Smart TV Menu and Ads
Bought about 1 month ago. Has an ad on the smart menu. The Samsung app and smart TV app are locked in place at the front of the menu. Can't uninstall pre-installed apps. Could be a good tv if the removed the ads and let you customize the menu.

i purchased this 32 inch samsung for my bedroom.
in less than 4 mo it will not turn on completely dead .
i have tried all the suggestions to get it to turn back on such as unplugging holding on button while unplugged and so on.
nothing no light nothing.
i cannot return to the store warranty is over 90 days.
i will see what samsung can do for me to fix this issue.

Samsung support makes no sense
I am very disappointed at Samsung support. I bought a brand new TV at BJ’s at I tried to register it after few days, but was rejected because somehow they could not read the receipt. It was readable to me, very clear . If Samsung can not support my device then I would replace Samsung with another brand for my future purchases

i know this is now an older model. i bought this a couple months ago. i'm giving it a 5 because it seems perfect for me in my bedrooom. picture is crystal clear and sound is great. i only have wifi, no cable. i don't understand how some reviews say theirs keeps dropping the wifi. my is fine. maybe it's an issue with their wifi or they got a lemon? i'm with at&t in florida.
surely samsung could replace their tv's. that's what i would expect if mine was not working properly.

No Hulu app available
we purchased this from best buy as a christmas gift tor our college daughter. she had just signed up for hulu subscription. got her all the way back to school, new tv set up -no hulu. we confirmed online descriptions on both samsung & best buy. both said this model included hulu. i spent hours online and on the phone trying to get this worked out. in the end hulu is not compatiable on this model. we ended up returning this tv and purchased another brand that offered features we wanted.

every product sold today has too many features and connected partners to draw you in and pay more! simplicity is golden! all we want is all the input/output options! smart isnt always smart! i want to plug and play like most in the age group of 50+!who can actually buy/afford the product! quite the complication and focus on the life and quality of the product! make it to last and not a disposable item. zenith ruled the market like toyota rulled the market with the 22r motor! logevity and simplicity will always beat the competion! quit trying to get rich quick and jump off the short term ride! quality will always win over quantity!

i bought this tv so i could stream xfinity which i already subscribe to. the picture quality is awesome but it doesn't support xfinity stream and also the included browser also won't play xfinity content. for this reason i returned it and instead got an lg tv.

first thing i noticed is that the frame lacks the fine details it needs. between the screen and frame are gaps that could potentially become dust bins and nooks. being 32” compared to older models, the size of the whole set becomes smaller precisely because of the frame and the stand.

this is an excellent smart tv which i use in my bedroom. picture clarity is very good, set up was reasonable and easy, and it's compatible with my amazon fire stick as well. i use it with an indoor antenna and have had no issues whatsoever. also, samsung tv plus is an interesting feature and worth exploring. one wishes the remote was a tad simpler and that the process of getting back to where you were was more clear, but i'm learning! overall, a good little tv. i recommend it.

Good TV, but weak WiFi
good little tv for the price. picture quality is good. i bought it to use in my office as a tv and second monitor for my imac.
after a week or so of constantly having to reboot it (hold the power button down until it resets) to get it to reconnect to my wifi i finally ran an ethernet cable to the tv from my router and all is well now.
it connects flawlessly via airplay now and does just what i needed. it's not as clear of a picture as the imac monitor but that's to be expected. i was surprised by the amount of free streaming channels included. i use those along with several of the apps since we have no over-the-air signal available where i live.

i received this tv for my kid's room for christmas 2019. well, tonight, when i tried to cut it on, it wouldn't. my family and i are devastated. it was working fine yesterday. haven't had it for two years, and it stopped working.

do not buy this product. it will not hold a wi fi connection. everytime i turn on the tv i have to disconnect the power and then reconnect to get the tv to connect to the internet. all samsong says is to reboot the internet router. they are no help and will not fix the problem.

i would have given this 4 stars if you could get hulu app on the tv. you can get so many others that you don't need. if you want hulu do not buy this tv. other than that it is a nice tv with a very sharp picture despite being only 720. works perfect in the kitchen and you can get all.

perfect fit for my bedroom. excellent color and sound and it is very light weight and so easy to install. i only have it on for a couple hours each night, but viewing it is a great way to end the day. i have had no problems with it and all the smart features are easy to access and use.

picture on website shows hulu along with other programs. this tv is not compatible woth hulu. doesn’t show up in the app store at all. good tv otherwise but it’s a really bad idea to not have one of the top streaming platforms available to customers.

Terrible as a smart tv
i have not been able to keep a wifi signal on this tv from the first day. ive made 5 calls to customer service and they go through the same steps every time. it may make a connection until you turn off the tv. turn it back on and it’s gone again. i always thought samsung was a good product...not anymore. the regular tv picture is good, just be aware it will be next to impossible to keep a wifi connection. they were supposed to send out a technician, but no contact. i’ll probably see if i can get a refund from the store. very sad.

My old Samsung 32” TV was purchased in 2009 and still working but I decided to replace and donate it.I am astounded by the difference in this new model, wow how technology has changed. The picture quality is unbelievable, so clear and crisp. I am absolutely delighted by this new TV!

Worst tv in the Samsung family.
Slow OS, menu does not provide the features required to use some of the apps. Low resolution. For this day in age such a low resolution is not excusable. This tv almost feels like it was not built by Samsung but by a third company and the Samsung logo was placed on it.

Love the picture and sound - not happy more detailed directions for set up were included. Please redesign the remote - too many buttons and buttons too small especially when you are in bed in a dark room and have to “feel” your way to the correct button.

Not Worth the Low Price
I got this TV and after set up it worked just fine. Not even 24 hours later it got a software update error symbol that I've never seen before. After a long search to figure out what the symbol was, I found out it was a symbol of a USB firmware update error, even though nothing was ever plugged into the USB port. Support wasn't able to help fix (though they did try, which I do give them credit for). I have had other Samsung TVs that were amazing - I bought this since my other one just died after 10+ years, but this model is terrible

The TV cannot be turned off when I press the power button. Even when I use the remote control to turn the TV off sound is heard when the image disappears from screen. Does not pick up over-the-air channels too well.

Not happy with the sound
At first we liked it better than our last tv. Then all of a sudden the sound messed up. The voices were garbled and the volume kept changing from quiet to really loud. We finally turned it off then back on again and it started working correctly. We don’t know if we should expect it to mess up again or not. Should we return it now, or wait and see. We only had it a week when this happened.

Closed captioning too small
Bought this for my mother to use. Her hearing is not good so tried setting up the closed captioning, but gave up on it as the text was so small she couldn't read it. Could not find a way to make the text large enough to be helpful.

hi- love the samsung tv, however a few things i do not like. it comes with apps on the home. you cant delete the ones that came on it which i do not use any of them. i also do not like how with spectrum sreaming you can dvr on the tv itself which i confirmed with spectrum that its a samsung restriction with the spectrum tv app. a little disappointing.

the remote has no light. i'm blind in one eye and it would be helpful. can't get my local channels due to it coming with netflix. which sucks. smart tvs in my opinion are stupid, and not made for the older generation. samsung sucks.

the picture quality does not seem to be any better than a cathode ray tube tv. it's hard to believe that this is a modern smart tv. the color balance is poor and images are not particularly sharp.

the remote is so cluttered you can't find anything. the screen has constant static and the focus seems to be to to to force you to watch samsung tv, you can't escape it. also, the onscreen log ins for apps is extremely frustrating, i have no idea how to make capital letters for my passwords.

this is the second samsung tv i've recently bought where the display has gone out and needed to be replaced just after the standard warranty ran out. this one failed after 15 months. tv isn't left on all the time, only a few hours a day during the work week. probably my last samsung tv with this low of quality

i am mostly enjoying this tv , *except* that the unit has been out-gassing [plastic chemical fumes ) for weeks now ,that make my apartment smell bad. ... and also i worry about breathing that ?! is there something i can do to mitigate that? it doesn`t matter if it is turned on or off , btw)

Some apps not available for this model
i bought the 32" m4500 intending to download the xfinity app in the samsung app store and use with my existing xfinity account, as i had planned to stop renting the cable box from comcast . on the samsung website, it lists this model series as compatible with the xfinity app. but the app is not in the store when i search using this tv. anyway the result is i either have to continue renting the cable box to access my live cable tv, or buy a roku to use with this tv. (roku does have the xfinity app in their app store). i thought that a smart tv should not need a separate roku since that functionality should be built in but not if i want to watch xfinity streaming content.

overall happy with tv. wifi works well. disappointed that no pbs tv app on menu of apps. hard to locate instructions on how to add apps. no spectrum cable icon… only hdmi inputs icons. excellent picture good sound. wish legs raised tv additional 2 cm so cable box/dvr could be placed under/behind tv screen.

Not a good smart tv for seniors
mom is 74 and this smart tv is a big let down for her age. first of all using the app on a iphone to setup this tv did not work. it hung up and made us very frustrated. somehow i was able to setup without the app eventually. then you cannot delete the pre installed apps on the home screen. she only needs one app to access cable tv provider spectrum. so she has to figure out how to bypass the pre installed apps just to get to the only app she needs. the remote is just terrible to use. very poor design. go with a roku tv instead.

crisp picture but horrible color. good sound volume compared to other brands but absolutely poor quality—like listening to pre-stereo radio. materials feel cheap low quality.
i have own two comparable toshibas and by far the picture color is far more superior, better sound quality albeit with lower sound projection and much higher quality sturdier materials. and within same price range. glad this samsung was a gift from my employer, otherwise i would never considered it as a purchase option.

great for a small room
bought for a bedroom. would say mounting is preferred, color and picture are very good for this dynamic.
the "set-up" process took about a half hour. on the good side, you get a pretty quick tutorial on how the tv works.
still testing the wifi hook up reliability and speed.
the volume is good for this size room. (11"'x11')
price was good for the quality / value.

i got this tv for my bedroom, to replace an older, non-smart sony. the tv isnt bad, although mine came with the holes in the bottom misaligned, which made securing the feet really difficult.
the menu isn’t great, either, but that may be me coming from a roku device, which is intuitive. this one, however, is not.
the remote is total crap. the tv is ~9 feet from my bed, and i can’t turn the set on/off, change the volume or channel from my bed. in fact, you have to basically be 3 inches from the set for the remote to work at all.
it’s not a battery issue, either. i tried it with the included no-name batteries. i tried it with some batteries i had here. i even went and bought fresh batteries. no dice. remote is just junk. it’s very disappointing.

Can't Get Rid of Green Tint
picture color is ok but having a problem with a "green tint" on white. tried all picture, expert settings, but cannot get rid of that green tint. the "white balance" & "color space settings" show "this function is not available" (why not?). had two previous samsungs & didn't have a green tint problem. on some shows the white is white but on other shows, white has that green tint. perhaps the 1080p would be better. also wish samsung would bring back the pedestal stands. with the current feet stands on the ends, it makes it awkward or impossible to place in an entertainment unit or other areas with limited space width.

i am very happy with this television since my purchase last month. however, if you want the latest tv, be sure to inquire that the tv you are buying was made last year. i thought i was buying a 2021 tv only to discover it was a 2018 model and needed a good number of updates. i am grateful to the wonderful samsung tech support person for her assistance.

Stuttery sound and picture sometimes
the size and picture is good. but after 11 years since the previous tv, we thought the technology would have gotten better. unfortunately, navigating the menu is increeeedibly slow, sometimes up to a few seconds' delay for each button, which gets really annoying when you're trying to search for titles or enter email addresses.
additionally, the tv also stutters and hiccups sometimes when using the built-in apps, making a show inpossible to watch comfortably. yet, when i use chromecast for the same program on the same tv, that doesn't happen. so it doesn't seem to be a problem with the wifi.
so far it has been "ok" for us. we just have one tv so we are walking on eggshells to see if it craps out on us early.

i'm happy with this tv which i purchased to use in my camper. the sound is decent, picture is nice also. the only thing i don't like is that the remote has the number panel at the top so the north, south, east, west, and select buttons are too low making it a bit clumsy to operate.
i would buy it again.

Rather dumb ‘smart’ TV
call me old fashioned, but some video is broadcast/transmitted at ratio 16:9, some at 4:3. prefer correct ratio when viewing. don’t like stretched images. older tvs had a command so the tv would detect and adjust picture ratio automatically. not this tv. have explored settings, cannot find automatic adjustment. can’t use ‘custom’ picture size or ‘fit to screen’ settings to accomplish my goal, being able to switch channels without having to correct ratio. don't like having to manually change picture size settings each time i change channels. hey samsung, lots of programming is still in 4:3. will be purchasing another tv in near future, but not samsung if i have to “unstretch” picture each time i change channel. dumb ‘smart’ tv.

A good rf receiver.
the screen resolution is good however the rf receiver is spotty. it does not have an rf signal strength meter. i use an antenna for over the air tv channels and use the signal strength meter for proper direction of the antenna. i use a magnivox over the air dvr and plug it in through the hdmi port. when the tv has trouble receiving a tv signal, i switch to the magnivox and the signal is solid.
the samsung tv has an odor like an over heating electronic component which makes me concerned. over all i wish i looked around for a better tv.

Wifi keeps disconnecting
bought this for my child’s room. i turn the tv on and it says wifi is not connected and to check my router. all my other devices at home are connected to my router and show that the router is working fine. i turn the tv off and back on and sometimes the wifi works. why does a brand new product not do what it is supposed to do? almost like i found it in the garbage.

we were worried because we couldnt see or hear the tv we were buying before we brought it home. we were pleasantly surprised that we did not need a sound bar. the sound was good, so was the picture! the only problem we are having is using it without a cable box, its very complicated to get to the channels we like.

I bought this so I would have built in streaming options. I took a bit of internet searching to add the Spectrum TV app, but I finally got it working. The sleep timer takes several steps to find through the "settings," I did find a shorter way through the home screen but it's annoying to get out of what you are watching to get to it. The best way I found was to connect Smartthings App to Alexa. I can ask her to turn it off. I also which the remote had a button to light up the key pad or glow in the dark. Overall, it's a nice TV once I got it set up.

Haven't had it very long, but am very pleased with the options and picture quality. What I am disappointed in, is the sound. I am hearing challenged and have to run the volume up all the way to 100, the max allowable just to hear the audio at a comfortable level, and yes I tried adjusting sound control options. Had I known in advance of the poor sound control, I would not have purchased this brand.

This is my second Samsung 32" Class HD
TV in about 6mo. The first one became inoperable about one month ago and Best Buy replaced it with another of the same. This one works but it gives off messages that are incorrect viz., that it is not connected to the internet: false! I have to click multiple times to surf the channels, etc.,etc.

I've had my Samsung tv now for 2 weeks, I'm happy with the picture of the set; it takes a little time to set the volume up since there are 2 settings to go through. But overall I'm very happy. It's made Vietnam instead of China and that's one of the reasons I purchased this tv.

Great TV but horrible to set up. If I had to do this myself I would have thought about returning it. Once we spent at least an hour trying to get it to connect it is a great TV with a terrific picture but we now have to use 2 remotes.

I bought this TV one year and four days ago. It has been nearly untouched in a guest bedroom. Used about 10 times total. Tonight the screen went black with no hope of turning back on. Sound still works, but no picture, which is pretty much the point of a TV. I am just stunned at how quickly this TV has failed. Meanwhile, my 11-year-old Vizio is still working like a champ. Just disappointed overall in this TV.

Good Value for the price
it is a good value for the price....nice clear picture, volume not that great or maybe it's my hearing. it was pretty simple to set up using the onscreen feature. all in all a good tv for the price.

Ok tv. Does freeze a bit that you have to physically unplug the TV. The smart features work well and images are sharp and clear

Welcome to 21st Century
Just got it connected, so haven't had much chance to try a lot of stuff. Picture quality is excellent, I can now read the guide for Xfinity channels and the banners that run below the pictures. Sound is very good. Only problem, I didn't have a cable to connect Xfinity to the tv. The one it replaced was over 20 years old and didn't need the lan cable. As it seems the local Xfinity offices are permanently closed I am scrambling to find a cable.I hope to find one soon as my daughter jerry rigged the existing cables so I can watch TV. One remote to turn it on and off and for sound, the Xfinity to change channels. I need to connect Disney Plus and Acorn and am not sure how to do that. Directions for the TV were a bit vague.

So frustrating!
wow.. this is easily the most frustrating purchase! the wifi connection is terrible. nothing else in our home has any issues at all getting and staying connected (and these items are much older and not even considered “smart”). every time we turn the tv on, theres no connection. when watching anything, the lagging is just enough to make us just watch from our iphones. yuck. super bummed because we thought this would be a good purchase. also, was excited to see that i could operate the tv through an app. of course that doesn’t work either. it constantly is telling me that the tv is not on. i’m young and very tech-savvy so this is not user error. we will switch back to our vizio that we loved and shouldn’t have switched from.

i am happy with tv picture, sound & perfect size. i am disappointed because this tv is not one of the samsung models that is able to download the xfinity app for my xfinity tv viewing. i am able to download netflix, amazon, apple +, disney + but not xfinity. i am very disappointed. make sure if you are trying to eliminate your tv box that you check the model #'s that are acceptable. i knocked a star off because of misinformation i received.

Poor wifi connection
every time i turn off the tv it keep asking me for the wifi password. i got tired and returned to the store. git me a toshiba. works better. my family has the same issues

Disappointing product
tv picture and sound are fine but the smart tv capabilities leave a lot to be desired. i have it hardwired and it continually freezes or is buffering. next time i'll go with a roku tv

Frustrated enough to stop watching tv!
this has been the most frustrating tv i have ever owned. the wifi never stays connected after it has been powered off. i have to manually input my password everytime i turn it on. the second issue i have encountered is the remote control. the buttons are not placed ergonomically, and does not light up in the dark. i literally have to turn on a light to change the channel because if you press the wrong button you could end up exiting the app you were in etc. i end up so annoyed i turn it off. sorry to gripe, but i am extrememly dissapointed with this purchase.

Great Deal ... Great TV
This is a great small tv. We mounted it to the wall. My daughter was able to sync everything to all the "smart" features within a few minutes. Very user friendly.

No Wireless Connectivity
This TV did not connect to a wireless network brand new right out of the box. After much research online we found this model is notorious for these issues and had to return the unit to Dell.

Bad Purchase. Would not connect to internet
I bought this a few weeks ago and had difficulty getting it to connect to my network. I finally, with a long chat session with Samsung, got it connected, only to find the next night it wasn’t. Another chat with Samsung determined it was a bad TV. Samsung offered to send a technician out, however they would require creating a “ticket”( a long process). Waiting several days to see if they could maybe fix it. I returned it and bought another brand for $50 less and got it going in less than 30 minutes. I won’t be buying Samsung in the future.

Buyer Beware! TV didn't work after 90 days!
I hope you have better luck with this tv than I did. It was a great tv for the first 90 days and then it wouldn't turn on. I talked to a Samsung tech to try to resolve the issue only to find that it still wouldn't turn on. I was advised to send it to a repair center. As the conversation continued, the tech advised me to 'carry' the tv to the repair center. Since it was only a 32" tv obviously still under warranty, I thought this was a play on words. The tech was serious because Samsung doesn't cover the cost for shipping a tv under 42". The shipping cost is on me. Eventually, my issue was resolved but not by 'carrying' the tv to New Jersey when I live in Wisconsin or with any help from Samsung. No road trip for me! Beware of buying this tv!

Zero Stars. The TV does not connect to Wi-FI. I tried everything. Samsung, stop buying cheap parts. I do not know how they are allow to sell TVs that do not work

Awful unit,
Just purchased this and was a nightmare out of the box!
1) It's impossible to install the legs as the screws don't seat at all and the legs flop around and the unit doesn't sit properly. I had to put books under it to keep it from falling forward.
2) No Bluetooth to connect headphones. It's 2024..this should be a no-brainer, but shame on me for thinking it would be standard.
3) Absolutely ridiculous the amount of storage this unit does NOT have. The user is VERY limited in the number of apps that can be downloaded. Ran out of room with just a handful added: Samsung, MAX, Prime, Neflix, Peacock, and Hulu...that's it. Want to add more...nope...can't do it!
4) Can't wait to get rid of it.

Nice TV just one issue
I have purchased one of the 32” smart TV’s for our bedroom and after five days of minimal use the sound went really loud when turned on. Turned it off and waited a couple of hours and it went back to normal until the next day, I returned it to where I purchased it and got another one. Now after two weeks the new one did the same thing with no warning, when turned on the volume went fully loud with no control. The next day it is back to normal. It is not connected to a sound bar. Overall the picture is good, the menus are a little hard to navigate. It would be nice it it was easier to get to the sleep timer.

Get something better
TV worked one time before I had a usb error pop up on the screen. You have to have a usb drive and connect it to your own device and then connect it to the TV. So many issues with this. Just avoid buying and get a nicer tv
