I have a problem with the size of the screen it Hass black lines at the top and bottom in most of the movies that I see on prime and on Netflix and is greyed out and does not allow me to change the size of the picture to a full screen tried everything

Enjoying our new TV
I enjoy my TV. Has excellent picture and sound. It was very easy for me to setup.
Mostly use to stream tv programs, YouTube videos. Love that the remote is rechargeable and not cluttered with buttons that I'll would never use.
I use in my bedroom as I'm am a disabled veteran and tv helps with PTSD.

Had to return after 24hrs. There is this thin colored line that appears down along the right side of the screen . Nice picture but the line is annoying.

This is a Good tv.
This is a good TV for the price, even a great TV, but definitely not an exceptional TV. The processor works well, however, it could be just a little bit faster. I really wish that the quality was just a little bit better, and the blacks could definitely be better (darker) and would absolutely be better if this were not anti-reflective because that made the previous generation darker than it should have been. But it is certainly better with reflections. Other than that, for the price point, this was a really good TV.

Mounted this product in bedrooms and at the end of a wet bar. It is perfect for normal use with a great image and low latency of the operating system with the remote. Already have repurchased with it's fair price

Great TV for the price good clarity
It’s a great TV has a lot of good modern features the UI takes a bit to get used to but once your used to it. It’s very intuitive the voice commands works great and the TV isn’t slow at all unlike most Roku TVs

Love my Crystal
I love my UHD Crystal Samsung. I can't imagine a better picture quality. I mean, how could it be any better? It's the best TV I've ever seen anywhere. Couldn't be happier with the quality and incredible compatibility. From picture, to sound, to App abilities. You can't lose with this model.

My first smart tv
I love my Samsung smart TV.
The remote control does not have to be aimed at the tv to turn it on or off, like that feature. Very easy to navigate.
This is my first smart tv, won’t hesitate on buying another smart tv.
I will definitely recommend it to anyone.

I purchased my DU8000 from ABT in Glenview Illinois. I already owned Samsung tv’s so I. Already sold. It was a question of which one. After research, and price checking I chose the DU8000. Its combination of features, and picture quality was impressive. Enough to have purchased it. Finally easy to use, and set up. I am closing with how much my family and I enjoy your product.
