I use my TV for playing video games mainly and with 4K 60 hz Output This TV's more than adequate for video games. Not to mention the amazing picture quality. I get while watching TV paired with my Samsung soundbar. It is an amazing theater like experience.

Issues with Voice command setup
The tv was described as not loaded with voice command but voice command ready for Alexa and Bixby.After being passed around to multiple Samsung
techs on the phone for almost 2 hrs , I have not been able to operate either.

Better than my analog TV. Colors are great. Res leaves much to be desired. When I watch the news, the colors are blotchy and if the reader moves his head, it gets resolved (Fractal display?). MOST distracting. Some movies are magnificent. Can't get 4k res.on my system (cable box - NOT Samsung's fault). When someone (Like Dr. Pol the Vet) has a wrinkle, it looks ,more like a gouge.

Samsung televisions have always been quality purchases but this time they out did themselves. The picture is so crisp you feel as if you can " reach out and touch somebody's hand". Seriously, there are no bad angles and no bad seats for movie night. Also, if you are a gamer, you will love the graphics on the display. Flawlessly works with my external gpu setup for gaming. The TV has awesome resolution and when gaming details are sharp and crisp compared to LED tvs I used in the past. Samsung sets the bar high for quality and its apparent.

I have been very disappointed. My boys bought this smart tv for me so I could get a specific app to watch them. It was IMCA. The app could not be downloaded onto this tv. Finally got it through internet. But have tried a couple other things and not compatible with this tv. It’s prob a good tv but be sure to check out before buying a Samsung if it will be compatible. IMCA app had said Samsung was okay. But not this tv anyway.

The one thing I do not like is the remote. I bought a better remote on Amazon and it turns out that this one used to be the one Samsung used (please bring back). Great TV!!

Not so Smart TV
I would give this 5 stars but the built in "Smart TV" is pretty much unusable. Apps either freeze or don't load. I tried using the Samsung TV free channel and movies and I can only get maybe one or two tv shows or movies that I am interested in to load. This is not an internet issue as i have tested this with other devices and they all work fine. I am a Samsung product user/fan through and through and this is very disappointing. I will have to get a Google Casting device in order to use this brand new TV.

I bought this TV for the high quality picture. The colors are rich and clear, and so realistic. This is my main TV , so I use it for streaming and pleasure watching. I’m retired so I watch a fair amount of TV. I love movies, documentaries, horror, drama and family movies. The initial set up was so easy and quick to do. No problems. It’s amazing how different the picture is compared to my old TV.

As for Samsung they know what they're doing and you can see for yourself with this Crystal UHD model. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't get a bigger size when I bought it!! After a month of waiting to this product, I am having to dispute the transaction through my financial institution because Samsung will not assist after AGSYSTEMS refuses to deliver my product that is in their possession.

Difficult to navigate
The most difficult tv to navigate, ever!!! While the picture is really good, the navigation of this tv is frustrating every single day. The remote is also frustrating. The sound button is also for muting so we’re always muting when needing to go up or down on the volume. The apps on the screen are also difficult to navigate. I had a return placed for it since it will go blank for a full minute when a show cuts for commercial. But, I’m still deciding whether I want the hassle. I keep thinking we’ll adjust to it but it’s frustrating every single day for the last 2 weeks.

I use it for streaming all of my videos on YouTube, for the family night movies with all of my kids. It never lets me down, I use it for the music playing in the background for game nights. It never ever stops, and I bought other brands of tvs before but this one right here. I think I’m a Samsung lover for life now.

I have tried Sony, LG, and other brands. I just realized all my TVs now are Samsung. I have always been replacing the other brands with Samsung when they break, dead pixeling, or stop working. Now I replace my Samsung even when they have no problem because I always want the latest and the greatest. Of course, with Samsung brand also.

Recently purchased this samsung to replace a 3yr old hisense smart tv that randomly died on me. This tv is the clearest, fastest easiest smart tv to use. The interface is fantastic and it's very easy to set up. I had the tv installed, hooked up and signed into my streaming services in record time! This TV has a really nice clear picture and great sound. I am an older person and watch TV most of the day and night. I would definitely recommend and have too many of my friends here in our retirement center. It is very easy for me to go to streaming since it has all of the apps already built in. Waste of money
We bought this model TV on 7/30/2024, from Amazon. We are ready to take it to the dump.
It's our third "smart" tv and definitely does Not live up to its nane. (Our other snart tv's latest for years but we wanted larger. They were NOT Samsung). It has been giving us problems since day one!
It will get stuck on a network and nothing can make the channel selector move. There are certain Apps it does not carry.

Frustrating Setup but Good TV
I bought this TV through Amazon and got it delivered with their "deluxe delivery & unpacking" services. It was shipped perfectly with no damages, and Amazon carried it upstairs for me, took it out of the box, and removed the packaging with no hassle.
Unfortunately, I then spent the next 6 hours trying to figure out why the TV wasn't working. It turned on, but I couldn't download or use any apps. I kept seeing a message that said, "Smart Hub is being updated. Please try again later," and this prevented me from even opening pre-downloaded apps like Netflix. I thought maybe the TV needed time to update, so I left it alone for two hours. When I turned it on again, the issue was the same. I tried updating the software, resetting the Smart Hub, running a Smart Hub connection test, and resetting my WiFi, but nothing worked. I had to connect with Samsung Support, who helped me factory reset the TV. This did the trick, but it shouldn't have been necessary to make a brand-new, fresh-out-of-the-box television work.
Besides the initial issues, the TV works fine now and looks great in my living room. The picture quality is excellent, but I might order a sound bar soon to help improve the overall experience since the TV speakers are pretty standard.

This product is amazing.
So far I have been playing on my series x and ps5, the quality and the smoothness of the screen are awesome, and the TV speakers allow me to listen to everything without needing headphones.
I love watching movies and shows the TV screen is bright, colorful and smooth, plus, thanks to the size of the TV watching movies and playing games is more enjoyable.

Poor planning to connect to older existing equipme
the pictured sound was excellent, I was very disappointed to see no RCA output jacks to connect to my receiver amp and to my Zvox speaker for hearing improvement. I first purchased an HMI to RCA .Found out that did not work. Not very happy that I had to buy a new receiver with an HDMI input. Now when I turn on my TV, the receiver turns on. Not happy about that. I wanted both TV speaker and receiver sound at the same time.That does not work.All these problems could be avoided with TV RCA sound output Jacks.Engineering planing was very poor because of this.
