Never received product so I can't speak to its quality but please for the love of god do not order directly through samsung if your order will be shipped/delivered by AGSYSTEMS. After a month of waiting to this product, I am having to dispute the transaction through my financial institution because Samsung will not assist after AGSYSTEMS refuses to deliver my product that is in their possession.

Totally mesmerizing.
The picture is so clear and crisp. The name Crystal UHD couldn't describe it any better. Absolutely crystal clear visual and the audio is amazing as well. I am so in awe of this TV I never want to own any other. I think I will forever continue to purchase Samsung TV's.

Lightweight, modern, great product
The set is very simple and extremely user friendly. Great apps and large selectio of options. Only down fall is in already dark movies, it's too dark to see clear...especially in daytime. Some glare.

This product has a beautiful picture.
I bought this TV for the high quality picture. The colors are rich and clear, and so realistic. This is my main TV , so I use it for streaming and pleasure watching. I’m retired so I watch a fair amount of TV. I love movies, documentaries, horror, drama and family movies. The initial set up was so easy and quick to do. No problems. It’s amazing how different the picture is compared to my old TV.

Samsung they knows what they're doing!
The picture is pristine, bright and vividly better than my previous T.V's that claimed they were top quality. As for Samsung they know what they're doing and you can see for yourself with this Crystal UHD model. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I didn't get a bigger size when I bought it!! My next purchase will be definitely be 65 inch or bigger.

This product does everything!
I use it for streaming all of my videos on YouTube, for the family night movies with all of my kids. It never lets me down, I use it for the music playing in the background for game nights. It never ever stops, and I bought other brands of tvs before but this one right here. I think I’m a Samsung lover for life now.

Difficult to navigate
The most difficult tv to navigate, ever!!! While the picture is really good, the navigation of this tv is frustrating every single day. The remote is also frustrating. The sound button is also for muting so we’re always muting when needing to go up or down on the volume. The apps on the screen are also difficult to navigate. I had a return placed for it since it will go blank for a full minute when a show cuts for commercial. But, I’m still deciding whether I want the hassle. I keep thinking we’ll adjust to it but it’s frustrating every single day for the last 2 weeks.

Let's be honest, worldwide if you look for a TV. I mean a TV (Televsion) you better go for a Samsung. The brand is serious and not just that in terms of featured they are unbeatable.

Love this TV
I am in love with the simplicity of uses. I am able to access all my streaming apps in one place. Plus I have discovered Samsung TV. There are channels that have become my favorite on Samsung TV. Watching the NY Knicks on this TV is an absolute pleasure. The best of all is the PRICE!!! I'm definitely getting another Samsung when it time to upgrade.

Great use it mainly for Pc gaming works awesome!
Flawlessly works with my external gpu setup for gaming. The TV has awesome resolution and when gaming details are sharp and crisp compared to LED tvs I used in the past. Samsung sets the bar high for quality and its apparent.

Samsung never fails me
Samsung televisions have always been quality purchases but this time they out did themselves. The picture is so crisp you feel as if you can " reach out and touch somebody's hand". Seriously, there are no bad angles and no bad seats for movie night. Also, if you are a gamer, you will love the graphics on the display. Hands down Samsung will make you forget about, oh well I for their names. Thanks Samsung.

It's hard to believe that this TV costs as little as it does. No fancy features, not a lot of connections nor adjustments, but a very good basic picture quality and very satisfactory for normal, everyday use.

Everything I own is Samsung and my TV is no exception. I recently purchased the Crystal UHD Smart TV and it is amazing. I love how I am able to connect my Samsung account to the TV. I don't usually pay much attention to the remote control but I love how minimal it is. No longer are there the buttons that you never use. The picture and sound are very high quality.

NO Great FEATURES
OMG: This TV is terrible in trying to hook-up an external speaker system. If I would have known it was this difficult, I would never have even thought of purchasing this TV. Furthermore, you can NOT upgrade to a normal using remote with this TV.
