Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extremely Satisfied i love this television! let me say from the start, i did my research! i will share my top 3 reasons. truly, there are many more! 1. size. i was looking to upgrade from my 65" "curve" tv from samsung. i have a 17' wall that i was going to put this tv on. 65" was simply too small on a wall of that size. after having this 85" beast hanging on the wall, it perfectly fills the space. 2 clarity. one of the clearest pictures i've ever seen on a tv. 3. price. you absolutely cannot beat this i have no regrets. i would recommend this. i would buy it again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective TV + Worst Customer Svc + Bad Delivery Worst experience Randomly vertical faded rainbow like lines appear. Tried calling customer service and they just bounced me between e-commerce and warranty department 4 times before ghosting my call and eventually dropping it. Also delivery is through third party RXO service which delivered the TV on time but delayed wall Mount installation. For delay, they mentioned themselves that they will send $50 gift card which never arrived. They scheduled wrong department for wall mounting and I ended up wasting so much of time coordinating reschedule of wall mount just to see TV which is defective and poor customer support I am honestly exhausted trying to get someone to take any action. I have my own office work to do and customer service doesn’t understand the value of peoples time

HDR content looks incredible as it gets incredibly bright and has a wide color gamut, so the latest movies look incredibly realistic and lifelike. It's a great TV for watching shows or sports in a bright room, but because it has a narrow viewing angle, it's not a good choice for a wide seating arrangement as the image degrades when viewed off-center. Finally, it's an amazing TV for gaming

There was never any doubt about wanting a Samsung and my purchase made my family and I enjoy the home more. Using Smart Things, Bixby, and all the great features of the TV has been a fun learning experience. I would love to get my daughter one for college next.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features at a great price Alright so first love the TV especially if you're a gamer as it has aim assistance built into the gaming mode and a 120 refresh rate with turbo mode to make everything super smooth. Movies and games look great my only issue is the appearance on the built in tuner looks sub par and it doesn't have dolby atmos but can still work with an atmos system.

I love the internet feature being able to watch my local high school football games at home on the big screen vs a laptop. The capabilities of this tv are outstanding. I will however be finding a sound bar to compliment the tv. The sound in my open living space is not to my satisfaction.

Picture quality is stunning definitely worth every penny. Would strongly suggest to anyone looking to upgrade. set up was a breeze. Ended up pair a Samsung HW-Q800C soundbar and it’s even better.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great TV but... Just replaced a 65 inch TV with this 85" TV. Picture is amazing my only issue was wifi kept disconnecting at least once a week. Had a remote session with Samsung they made some advanced setup settings and it seemed to have fixed the issue.

For the time I did have it it kept disconnecting from the internet and taking 30+ minutes till I could get it to reconnect. I will say that Samsung customer support was amazing and as a result they did upgrade my tv due to my problems with the tv.

One Con is that the TV sometimes is slow to respond to changes when using the remote and line of site is clear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is great I bought this TV to watch the NFL playoffs. Removal from the box was pretty easy as was the install. Two people are needed if you are placing it high. The initial set-up was fast and it was easy to connect to my wi-fi. All options are easy to get to. The sound is decent but would be nice if it was a little louder. Overall the TV has been great to watch sports and movies.

Adjusting picture quality is a plus. Remote is hard to use at first but one you get the handle of it you will have no problem. Highly recommend this tv for a great price.

The picture is so crystal clear at first it was weird but now we love it!! We can stream anything and everything!! The installation was opening the box and helping my hubs hang it. Instructions for settings are easy peasy!!! The sound quality is amazing almost like we have a surround sound system!! Go get u one!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Samsung = Quality Upgraded to this TV about a year ago, I will never buy another TV brand. I was skeptical due to the size of having picture issues or anything, not one. Other name brands have small issues writing the first 6 months. Pairs with other Samsung devices flawlessly and even non Samsung phones and Bluetooth computers. Hdmi arc works perfect, I have an Xbox connected to a surround receiver and the TV remote controls the Xbox. That was an unexpected Easter egg. I keep getting surprised and visitors are stunned at the picture quality even in low light situations. If you're looking for an 85" TV, you've found the right one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dissatisfied Customer I purchased this 85-inch Samsung TV from BestBuy on Feb. 11th, 2023. This TV is mounted on my wall and has been that way since it's purchase. On June 11th, 2024, the TV began to have two 4-inch dark vertical lines on the screen. As of today June 13th, 2024, the TV will no longer power on and this was confirmed on multiple working outlets. I reached out to BestBuy where the TV was purchased from, and they advised me what I was expecting which was I did not have a service package with them. They then referred me to Samsung who advised me that my year warranty had expired. Samsung support referred me to a 3rd party repair company who quoted me a total of roughly $1600 for the service and repair of the TV. I say this to say that I'm an avid fan of Samsung TVs as I have multiple Samsung TVs in my household, but this was my 1st purchase of a TV of this size. To think that a TV I spent over $1300 on has already "crapped out" after 1 yr and 4 months (oddly right after the warranty period) is MIND BOGGLING as well as DISAPPOINTING. Add to that the repair service quoting a repair total of $1600, even worse when it clearly makes more sense to purchase another TV. I want to believe you provide a quality product Samsung, but this particular situation has TRULY left a horrible impression of the quality of your more expensive products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Horrible customer service, garbage product. I’m trying to put a 0 star review on here. Of sure if it will let me. Got the tv straight through Samsung. Delivered 17th of May, was unable to get it up and hung until the 19th, watched half a movie and the tv started turning on and off and not working. Contacted their support on messenger online and they told us the serial number was needed (tv is mounted against wall and does not pull out) had to wait a week to when I had free time to have a friend help me pull it bakc down. Got the serial number called back and they questioned us on why it took so long. Well we actually work full time jobs and I actually work 2 jobs…. So yes it did take us a minute and didn’t view it as an urgent issue that needed to be taken care of that night. They told us first we would get a new tv sent out and pickup the old one, then we went to 3-4 other people who told us the last day to return the tv was THAT day at 7am (we called at 9am and on the phone with them for 1.5 hours) seems supper convenient that all of a sudden we JUST missed the return window by2 hours on a tv we spent a good chunk of change on. Then they told us we had to call back on Monday in order to do anything. It is very disappointing to see a company treat their customers like this and depending on how they react and rectify the situation is how I will decide if I’ll ever do business with this company again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this TV! I just love this TV. We currently have this wall-mounted in our bedroom on the wall directly acrossfrom our bed. It seems large when it's not on the wall, but is the perfect size once it's mounted. The picture is clear and the colors are vibrant. Our last TV, which was a 55" curved, was great as well. Once it died after almost 10 years, this was a fantastic replacement.

It's awesome having a monitor this big! I got it on sale around CHRISTmas for $1,099 from Best Buy. It's been a great purchase so far.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impossible to connect the q symphony I use for movies and games. It is absolutely frustrating that the soundbar witch is the q series belonging to it. Will not connect. I have call a few times, always the same answer, reset every thing, it fixes it for 20 minutes and then back at it. Q symphony will not set up for tv arc. It just says not set. This ins not a 20 dollars tv system. I bought it for the q symphony and dobly atmos. I haven enjoy either. I just want it fix, no not trouble shooting or resetting. But even that can't get done. The worst part is when it keeps going to tv speakers on its own. I have had samsung all my life but it's time to change.
