The pictures are sharp, the images are big.and the feel of thinking you are in the TV is so awesome. My son enjoys watching football games on it making it so exciting for him as if he is on the field It's a beautiful piece to behold and I have no regret owning this master piece

It looks good in 4K, but high definition, because of its size, lacks a little. But I guess that’s the give when you get a good Price on one of these. My only other beef is that since it didn’t have a swivel base, I bought one to mount it on, but the back of the TV is very flimsy plastic, and I didn’t want to damage a brand new TV so I was unable to put it on any type of mount, either rotating or wall mount.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TV has great features! The TV offers all the apps and connectivity services needed. In fact we cut cable because of all the streaming services this TV provides. We especially love the image/video casting from our phones to watch our kids football, basketball and swim meets. The color and image is stunning. Of course movie night is extra special with amazing picture and sound. The TV checks all the boxes! I've had Sony, LG, TCL, among others...Samsung beats them all...and it's not even close. I find the Samasung picture is better, but more than thst, their operating system is very easy and intuitive. Samsung Live TV gives us all the basic channels free. The remote is great. It is easy to use, simple and smooth. The connections in back are sufficient for all the device hookups. Multiple HDMI connections, USB connections, Optics...it's all there. In summary, dollar for dollar, it's hard to beat this TV.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Less than satisfied At first I was not happy with the picture quality which is due to the fact I was using a ROKU stick. Once removed it was better. However, I definitely do hot like the remote. The icon features are small and hard to read, especially for someone with vision problems such as myself. Another option you cannot access on the remote is the microphone/talk feature. The TV has it but the remote does not. So for my purposes I will have to buy a different remote. Overall, I guess the issue is the remote. Too small, icons too small and no microphone feature. One would think that the if the TV has the 'talk' feature that the remote should as well.

When I wanted to sign–in with the new password I created, didn't work either, the tv never recognized my username with my new password. I tried to sign my username with my new password in my tablet and phone which are from Samsung too and I didn't have any problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shadowing around objects, inadequate processor? We just bought this TV today from our local Walmart to replace the 70" tv we moved to another room. All of our tvs are Samsungs and that's the only brand we've bought over the last several years due to quality and never having issues with them. This tv is a big exception. Really the only issue, but a big one, is that whenever there is movement onscreen whether it was objects or people there was always a noticeable shadow around the object, almost like the processor in the tv wasn't fast enough to keep up with the moving picture. We tried adjusting the picture settings many different ways and made sure certain things were disabled that supposedly were usually responsible for the shadowing around objects. But no matter what combination of settings we tried nothing worked. We have never had to make much if any adjustment to settings on any previous Samsung tv we've bought until this one, with no success at solving our issue. We are planning on returning it to the store tomorrow and putting the 70" back in this spot. We aren't sure if we just got a bad tv or if these particular tvs just have inadequate processors for the screen size. Pretty disappointed in this product.

The picture is fuzzy for a moment while it tries to catch up whenever the picture changes. So l feel the processee is not strong enough for this size of a tv.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is not good. Received a broken tv. Customer service said they would resolve the issue by picking up the damaged tv and replace it. I still have the damaged tv because it has not been picked up for 5 weeks now. Tried to contact the delivery company and they do not respond. I no longer want the replacement tv, I just want the damaged tv out of my house and my account credited. My bad for ordering a tv instead of picking one up at my local store to possibly prevent the damage from transit. I don't necessarily think it is Samsung's fault but they did choose the delivery company and they are not responsive.

Up until the day it finally died this week it was an excellent TV that gave me thousands of hours of enjoyment. It was a little overwhelming buying a new TV but I knew that I wanted another Samsung. I have been blown away by the quality of my new Samsung TV and the picture quality is much better than other higher priced competitors when I viewed them in person at Best Buy. Everyone that has seen my TV has also been amazed at the quality of the picture, especially considering how large the display is. I can't recommend this TV highly enough and I'm excited to pair it with a Samsung sound bar in the future.

Support NFL+ app for my subscription to preseason games, 2. A built in speed test under WiFi like my Fire TV had. Other than than, very pleased with the simple interface and OS performance, and 3. Just go ahead a lose Bixby. It is useless and now I can't figure out how to switch to Alexa even though Alexa support with listed as a feature.

Best Buy says they would have to schedule a pick and return and redelivery of new TV (2-3 week process) and Samsung customer care quoted 7-14 business day for a power cord and remote. My issues is two-fold - Best Buy nor Samsung have back up power cords at a store/distribution center/etc to easily provide? Secondly, having to wait anything beyond a day or so for this simple resolve is totally unacceptable. Both parties business process does not have the customer in mind! Totally unacceptable. Both Best Buy and Samsung have lost a customer (which I have been a customer for more than 10+ years). Don’t buy product unless you have weeks to wait!!

Stinks that it's missing an optical digital audio port, but it's got really good sound from the TV speakers, and we're able to Bluetooth to our soundbar. The contrast in the display is really easy to see, we love how clear and easy it is to watch movies in our living room now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Samsung TV own and I'm glad This is the first Samsung TV that I've ever owned. The TV was packaged very snug inside the box with plenty of protection. Moving the TV obviously requires two people and is quite...cumbersome to move around, however it is really light for it's size. The setup process is fairly easy. The remote for the TV has several nice features, however does not have as many buttons as some other Smart tv's have. The only feature that I don't like about the remote is the volume up/down. While it does not indicate on the controller what action needs to be done to change the volume, the book doesn't mention it either but all you need to do is press down from the very top of the button to turn down the volume, and press up from the bottom of the button to turn the volume up. I feel the quality of the TV is really nice and since it's from Samsung, I'm fairly confident that should anything go wrong with it, then I'm sure that it will be fixed. I'm very glad that I purchased this TV and recommend it.

My only qualm is the overall weight which is 88lbs.I Hope the manufacturer decreases the weight in their next products for easy convenience.

The picture is very detailed, and it is also ajustable . There are enough ports to add your favorite accessories. The sound is great too. One great feature if you are upgrade from a samsung tv to another is the ability to transfer all the favorites. Once i turned it one it recognized my older tv and transferred all my information. I reccomend this tv to anyone that want a great tv for a great price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is a huge TV I mean...it's a nice TV and you get what you pay for, which is a huge 85 inch TV. However, I wished the speed of 60 MHz match the image. When watching video it can get blurred, your eyes hurt and cause virtigo if you are exposed to it for long a period of time....I would've wish and spent a little more money and get at least 120 MHz of speed that would solve some of these issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 85” DU7200 is an Excellent Model and amazing TV. I bought A 85” Samsung Du7200 series about a month ago and absolutely love it so far. The picture quality is amazing and very simple to set up, operate and navigate. Very happy customer here.

The bigger the better and right now Samsung is the best . Thank you Samsung for all my devices!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent picture and features. Excellent picture and features. We originally went to purchase a 75" TV, but when we saw this one on sale at Best Buy, it was an easy decision. The only short coming is that there are only 3 HDMI ports
