Buy elsewhere!!
This product arrived damaged, one of the bezels was bent. The process to return was so horrible and agonizing. It was outside the 15 day return window by 1 day (because it was a christmas gift), and I had to argue with them for a long while to finally allow me to return it.
Nowhere in the process was there an apology for sending a defective product. Don't buy this from Samsung - I am deeply regretting my decision

it broke while removing it from the TV which itself was broke and needed servicing. terrible quality. it was on only for a couple of weeks!!

DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECTLY FROM SAMSUNG. I wish I hadn't and wish I had read reviews before ordering. The BEZEL for the TV arrived broken-- all four pieces. But I was outside the warranty window of 14 days(!! such a ridiculously short period of time). I was on the phone for one hour and spoke with eight departments: chat, customer service; premium customer service; warranty; technical; order support; refund and exchange dept; technical service and repair again. And at the end, Samsung still would not replace its cheap, inferior quality bezel. I am so frustrated and appalled at their customer service that I have vowed to NEVER purchase another Samsung product of any sort.

Disappointing - beware of “warranty”
This is a disappointing product made even worse by absolutely horrible customer support.
The bezel I received was warped and incorrectly cut. Despite following the directions exactly, the pieces did not line up and there were unsightly noticeable gaps at the seams. We purchased a bezel 3 years ago for a different tv in our home and it does not have these issues.
I spent 2 hours chatting with customer care and was passed around to several different departments. The warranty department said the bezel “should” be covered but that they had no way to replace it (?! What is the point of having a warranty) — I would have to place a new order and then wait the several weeks to receive my money back for a defective item. I simply requested a new item be sent to me under the warranty, which apparently is impossible.
