Terrible quality with limited replacement supply
The corner clips that connect the bezel onto the TB broke during installation. The product is made from thin, plastic. Don’t waste your money, and if it is included for free during the order, don’t expect a nice product.

corner snap in location breaks easily
plastic corners broke on mine as well. they don't snap in little holes easily and when it broke I called to see if I can get a replacement which they are allowing however two more small pieces broke off corners as I was taking off. I like the look but they need to figure out a better way to connect the corners.

Very poor quality
very disapponted with the quality of thr bezel. arrived chipped. tried contacting support and did not get adequate response. tried living with it but, the bezel keeps falling off the tv. very very disappointed. getting support through chat is also impossible. i keep getting moved around through different prople. as much as i love the look, the quality being bad is upsetting.

Poor Quality and Horrible Customer Service. Avoid!
I bought this item less than a month ago. My item arrived damaged, with all the bezels bent and broken. The customer service experience was terrible. They refused to offer a replacement or refund because it was outside their 15-day return window (which is shorter than the usual 30 days). I was passed around between departments with no resolution. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time on this.

Poor Plastic Quality & Terrible Return policy
I was very disappointed with this product! I should have read other reviews, but it’s plastic and very fragile. The item I received came damaged and didn’t realize until later when the return window is over (that’s 15 days window- unlike other stores that allows 30days). My mistake for not reading the fine print and not checking the box upon receipt. I tried making the case with customer service that first all I was transferred 3 times via chat and 3 times via phone. They couldn’t help because of crappy corporate policy. Worst purchase I’ve ever made for the price. Don’t believe the 1 yr warranty stated under specs either because apparently that is only applicable for appliances and not accessories. That’s not only false advertising but really terrible in customer satisfaction.
