Stunning picture! Stunning design! Stunning!
Last night was the first night with our new tv. It was dazzling. We replaced a very old Panasonic Plasma which was like driving a Lexus after ten years of a Pinto. Breathtaking colors. Crisp outlines. Smooth movements. Style of the television is sleek and modern.
A wonderful device. I could not give it five stars since I've only had it for twelve hours. Check back in a month.

Not what I expected from Sony
I've owned 2 previous Sony 55 " TVs and loved them. Bought this TV and am surprised at how disappointed I am. Firstly, you need to have a Google account in order to use many of the features. The picture quality is not great, blurred at times. The remote is horrible! If you want to change the channel you have to scroll to get to the channel you want and you have to do it slowly or the picture freezes and then you have to shut the TV off and turn it back on. The other option to change channels is to go into a channel guide and scroll to the channel you want which also takes extra time to do. Wish the remote had number input ability. I have a whole house antenna which is fed through the coaxial lines in the house. The other 3 TVs in the house and the previous Sony TV had/have beautiful HD pictures and I get about 40 channels. This Sony TV which is in the exact same place as my previous Sony doesn't pick up most of the channels and the ones I get pixel a lot and often I loose the channel. Almost impossible to watch antenna TV. On a positive note, the TV has good sound.

Not what I expected for a Bravia tv on image .Bad!
Just bought a Sony Bravia 65 4k hdr and my 13 year old Sony has a better resolution Thant this one ,want to exchange it but there is a $150 return policy,So I recommend anybody to físical check any tv that you want to buy and get it from where there’s no return fee just in case you are not satisfied with your purchase , I ordered my via internet from Sony ,don’t do my mistake!!!!
