What is disappointing is the fact that he had the service tag number and the configuration of my desktop computer to refer to and still recommended the wrong cable. I expected that after consulting with your chat line help desk that I would not run in to this problem. Quite frankly I expected better.

It glitches once every 20 connects or so where the screen will be either blank or blink a lot or partially connected. Pros: works 95% of the time Cons: works 95% of the time
