Works great on 14" Macbook Pro M1 Max
This works near perfectly with my M1 Max Macbook Pro running dual 4k monitors in clamshell mode. Occasionally the Macbook doesn't wake the displays when in clamshell mode and I have to unplug the TB4 cable and plug it back in to get it to work. I'm not sure if this is a bug with Apple or the dock, but it's an easy fix to just unplug a cable once a week. This usually only happens when the laptop is sleeping for a couple days vs overnight.

Works great using many of the ports.
Works great with my M1 MAX 16 inch MacBook Pro and my Apple studio monitor. I have another HDMI monitor along with a CD player/writer and a backup drive, all working perfectly. I also hooked up my 1 GIG internet.
