Good equipment
Did everything I needed it to do. Need to hook up a 3rd monitor and needed that extra connection.

Very easy to install and use
It was extremely easy to install and I like the fact that you can remove it quickly if it is no longer needed and use for someone else without worry if the new computer has an available slot for a new graphic card and/or its the right type of graphic card.
I would not use this for high end graphic needs but it seems very suitable for everyday business use.

Keeps lossing screen? Needs unplug!
I have used >10 of USB2VGAE3 on Windows 7 and recently upgraded to Windows 10 Professional. Randomly in Windows 7/10 Prof, the second screen will be blank, we have to unplug the USB2VGA and plug back in to revival the screen. I have updated all drivers to Trigger V18.x already. No help either. Very ignoring!

Works Great with Windows 10 computers
This product works great with varius windows 10 computers, the only downside I've found is the lack of support for Chrome OS laptops. It says it works great with "desktops and laptop computers," but does not work with Chromebooks.
