The edge of the mat has rough and unappealing clear wires that tie the light to the mat. It leave indents in your wrist and arm and doesn't feel great.

Could be more better
Its smooth but the borders feels like some wire attached which makes it kind of odd and cloth/ material might be little bit more smoother for heavy mouse users so that they dont have to drag more and dont feel like scratching
