Great backpack, but shipping is way too slow
Love the backpack. Looks great. Many pockets to store many different things in. Wish one side pocket was lined to keep can drinks cool. Straps could be a little longer.

Great for Work
I use this backpack everyday for carrying all my stuff for work and for traveling. It is a great product for what I use it for and has a lot of space for chargers, phones, tablets, etc. The SafeZone compartment is great for storing glasses and a phone. Only issues I have are the straps are a little uncomfortable. Also, the laptop sleeve claims to support a 15.6 laptop, however a 15 inch Macbook Pro just barely fits and is better suited for 13-14 inch Windows laptops. Other than that this product is very durable and great for carrying all of your tech!

Best bag I have ever owned!
I dealt with inferior backpacks for years and I am glad I finally stepped up on bought the Thule Crossover 2. I log over 100,000 miles of travel a year and having a good bag is important. I also use this daily for work. Heavy denier construction with plenty of pockets. Plenty of storage for travel. Love it!

Solid survived being flung off Space Mountain
Let's cut to the chase this is a solid, well designed backpack that rocks. I researched a ton of backpacks that have a structured exterior style and after owning this one for about a year, it has not disappointed. I don't write a ton a reviews but feel I had to on this one.
It wears well for a tall guy and it has a padded back that makes it comfortable for wearing a long period of time. You can really fit a lot of stuff into 4 zippered areas. I was concerned the 30L would be too big for under the airplane seat in front of you, but this has been the best aspect fo the bag. It fits under the seat perfectly and when you pull it out to access items, all 4 zippers are easily accessible. Also the water bottle sleeve on the side and wallet/keys sleeve on the other side are pretty handy.
And lastly, yes...it is durable. I wore it at Disney with all my family's stuff (4 water bottles, ponchos, spray fan, snacks, change of kid clothes, cell phone chargers, etc and when I loaded onto the Space Mountain ride, I put it between my legs figuring it would be fine. About halfway through, a sharp dip and tight turn, and that sucker flew right out! I definitely heard it hit some metal bars or some sort of scaffolding. Not a good feeling to lose it, but they found it the next day and when I picked it up from lost and found, no scratches, and all items inside were intact. Pretty good stress test!

Amazing backpack for business travel!
Great back pack for business travel. The SafeZone perfectly stores my wallet, cell phone, and sunglasses while traveling. The laptop area is large enough to also store a note pad and book making it easy to get work done while in flight without moving all my belongings around. Love this bag.

Great Backpack!
I use this backpack mainly for work. It's the perfect size. The various compartments are just the right size and securely hold what I need them to hold. The backpack itself isn't heavy, but it's sturdy and well-made. And, it stands by itself without falling forward or backward with stuff in it. Highly recommended!

Disappointing Backpack
I've been using this backpack for a week now and I'm quite disappointed with the organization for smaller items.
Let's start with the good.
I love the overall aesthetics and look of the bag. I love that the bag maintains it's shape and stands up on the floor. It's also made of really durable, luggage material, so there's no doubt it will have a long life of daily use.
Now for the bad...
I really hate that there is not much storage for smaller items in the front pocket. The front pocket is deceptively small and there is not much room to store anything with creating unsightly bulges on the bag that make it difficult to zip it closed. I would've much rather preferred shrinking the large compartment of the bag by a couple inches to make more space in the front of the bag for smaller items.
The zipper pulls are all metal, and very noisy. It sounds like I'm walking around with little bells on.
I hate the water bottle pocket. My 532 ml steel water bottle from a well known brand fits too loosely and slips out if the bag is place flat on a seat or desk top. I would've much preferred the typical mesh pouch on the side like most backs use. I also dislike how it looks with the side pockets puffed out with a bottle in it, it ruins the aesthetics.
I hate that the main compartment is mostly open space - might be great for storing packing cubes of clothes or larger items like a coat, but this is a business bag, so more flexibility for storing smaller items in the front pocket would've been better. There's not even a proper spot to store my laptop mouse and power adapter!
I hate that the "paper" pocket in the main compartment of the bag is not more rigid or flat. This leads to my loose papers or soft folders getting a bit warped in the bag - not great for business use.
I was surprised that the padding on the bottom of the laptop compartment doesn't have better coverage. There's a gap in the padding where the laptop could hit the floor directly when being put down.
Overall, I wish I could return this bag but I'm now stuck with it. Very disappointed with Thule as they were highly recommended for their excellent luggage and quality other products. The Crossover 2 backpack just misses the mark for my everyday and travel laptop backpack of choice.

Super Nice Backpack
As one would expect, the name Tooley is happy and highly respected for style, design, quality. This bag does not disappoint. The only reason that I put four stars is it there is no place in the bag to put your personal information in case the bag was lost or stolen. There is no exterior tag where that information could be placed either. For a $270 backpack, I would’ve expected that. Other than that this is a wonderful bag.
