Good backpack, bad process, and bad color
I purchased this order on 8/1/20 and I had to call twice before it was shipped on 9/1/20. It came the expected day when shipped. The backpack itself is very nice. The side pockets fit a corcksicle, and the insides are spacious. Unfortunately, it was bigger than I wanted it to be, but that was my fault for not thinking of the size. As far as the color goes, I got the purple, and it looks brown in a lot of lights.

Had better experience w another backpack
This one is not too special. Support doesnt match what ive happily gotten from other ones from thule. Up your game thule i live your brand.
