Excellent Support
Calling their technical support was very effective. We received replacement pens for two defective units (out of 50 or more), and tech support talked us through replacement.
Product is generally excellent, and works as expected.

Suport from Topaz Systems Is terrible
We Have 3 of these in Use & have some minor issues like drives for windows 7 & SignmeinReport, The support that you recieve from Topaz Systems is the worst, can't call anybody, Emails take days to return, and have never recieved an answer.
