Didnt work the way I wanted it to
I bought this to insert in the USB port of a DVR of a security system and then have it replace a mouse with a multi device Bluetooth mouse. Unfortunately one must load the TPLink drivers on the attached device and there’s no way to do that. It should have ben able to act as a Bluetooth mouse right out of the box.

Amazing little device
It’s wonderful and allows your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse to connect to your computer. Love not have to have all these different usbs plugged in.

Adds Bluetooth functionality to an older computer
My grandmother got a new computer, and gave me her old computer. Due to changes in software the internal Bluetooth module no longer worked. I installed the adapter and the corresponding software and now I have full Bluetooth functionality on a 13 year old computer.

no error explanation
worked with laptop for 2 weeks then failed to connect to headphones, tried a desktop and it failed to pair with a different set of headphones.
