Has plenty of spaces for the power supply's to plug in most strips hav only enough outlet spacing for corse which are getting scarce in the computer world.
Good suppression especially in the shop environment where there is a lot of electrical noise.

good choice for multimedia center
Got this for multimedia components - TV, DVD player, set-top box, coaxial antenna, etc. Works great, plenty of room for the wall-warts, nice that it can be mounted vertically on the wall. While I hope I won't need to access customer service, reading all the reviews saying that Tripp Lite's customer service was way better than the competition sealed the deal.

Promise of Real Protection
After updating most of the components in my home theater it occurred to me that my surge protector was the oldest piece of kit left, dating back to 2001.
I did a bit of research and discovered that most consumer level products don't do anything to let you know when they can't protect your stuff any more. This TrippLite stops passing current when it can no longer insulate the equipment from a power spike, I love it! Thanks TrippLite.

An Easy Choice with 3345 Joules Protection
I realize the total number of Joules that a surge protector is rated for is not the be-all and end-all, but I'm also sure it helps. A lot of what I see in the local stores for the same price and more are about 450 Joules of protection.
The biggest factor for me was that it shuts down if it takes a major hit protecting whatever is attached to it. That's a bigger deal for me than all these insurance guarantees.

I will buy this product whenever I need on with many plugs.
I use it for computer and audio products. It's great because the plug holes are not next to each other so you can put larger plugs side-by-side on the surge protector. Not to mention the four farther distanced outlets at the end handle even larger sized electrical plugs. I Definitely recommend this surge protector to everyone.
