SmartRack enclosures are designed for secure, high density server and networking applications in IT environments. Same features as the original depth enclosure except in a smaller footprint for tight areas. Designed with provisions to integrate cooling, power distribution and cable management, SmartRack enclosures make ideal homes for mission-critical equipment. Vendor-neutral square hole/cage nut mounting for guaranteed compatibility with all EIA-310-E compliant 19" equipment.
Enclosures ship fully assembled for rapid deployment and roll into place on heavy-duty casters. Toolless mounting slots allow quick installation of PDUs and vertical cable managers. Adjustable mounting rails include an easy-view depth index to eliminate time-consuming measurements. Lightweight modular doors and side panels provide safe, convenient service access. Integrated baying tabs facilitate combining enclosures in rows for standard data center baying applications. I would buy it again with caveats
Use it for holding servers and 1 UPS
It seems fairly well thought out but not as good as an older IBM rack we have which is more substantial and rigid.
Also it does not have a power outlet bar included. Yes, I realize, (now) that this is an option and could be added but the sales rep who sold me it when asked about this sent me a link of a picture that had it included so I made a incorrect assumption that it would come with one.
It works, it will do the job and so yes I gave it 4 stars.

Excellent and solid lockable network rack
The SR42UBSD is an excellent and solid lockable network rack. It's inside could be a bit easier to configure than multiple tiny screws that aren't always screwed in straight making them sometimes very difficult to unscrew and reuse when moving things around inside. The rack moves fairly easily on its wheels even with its size and weight, which is great for when you need to get in behind the rack for something and then push it right back into it place.

I would buy this product again
It is a very sturdy rack, it is being used as an analyzer rack. It has plenty of room for rack mount analyzers.
