Earlier versions of these models without a battery door are not compatible with the RBC1500. Please verify UPS compatibility as labeled on the UPS prior to ordering.

A UPS battery failed and I quickly got my replacement
Our AV system UPS failed after a power outage at one of the sites I manage, however, this was installed by a 3rd party. I was able to quickly find the battery, swap it out and got my AV system back up and running.
