Great Adapter
What can I say - it works! Quality build is good too as far as I can tell!
(Would recommend routing the cable so that the adapter weight is supported though and not pulling on your computer's hdmi port, this adapter is a little on the heavy side, but that's no fault of the product, DVI connections are just larger and heavier).

Older Dell DVI PC TOWER gets extended life
I have an older Dell PC Tower. I use multiple graphics cards with three screens. My older DVD screens all started dying after 8 years within weeks. I bought new monitors which now come with HDMI. This adapter is exactly what I needed to continue using my DVI cable coming from the tower and convert to an HDMI plug into the new screens that I bought it allows me to extend the life of my PC Tower until I convert to a newer PC in a year or so

Didn't look like it would work... BUT IT DID!
At first, it didn't look like my DVI was going to plug in but I tried anyhow. No luck. Pushed harder and still no luck. Then, I flipped it over and, voila! My DVI plugged right in. :-) Using it now as I type this and she's good to go. THANKS!

solidly constructed HDMI-to-DVI adapter
Product appears to be solidly constructed HDMI-to-DVI adapter compatible with DVI-D cable. HDMI connector is barely small enough for adapter used together with DisplayPort adapter in dual-monitor setup with Dell WD19DC docking station. Thus far adapter seem to be working well with no issues.

Would recommend this product
Needed to hook up two older monitor to a new computer and space was limited for the normal DVI to HDMI adaptor so order this one with a pigtail and it fit perfectly.

Causes screen flicker - get an active adapter
Active adapters allow machines to offload some of the video conversion tasks to the adapter. We found that the majority of our DVI monitors began to flicker with these adapters. Switched to Active adapters and the issue was resolved.

Amazing Adapter
All of our staff uses two to three monitors and this adapter is amazing. PC's recognize the device quickly and install the necessary drivers almost instantaneously. It requires little to no input from the users end. I will buy this adapter over and over again.

Worked for what I needed.
I have a video card with a DVI and HDMI port. My 2 monitors have DVI and VGA ports. This HDMI to DVI cable worked perfect for this situation.

Great Value and Reliability
I use industrial mini-PCs with only HDMI outputs while the panel-mount monitors we use with them only support VGA/DVI inputs. This little cable ties the system together.
