Just average
I've used this KVM for quite some time now, and it has performed fairly well. Some problems I have had with it; if a power outage occurs, ALL of the connections on the KVM have to be removed and reconnected, as there is no reset button. for some reason it holds power, and won't reset. I have had 2 different mice that won't work with this unit, one Microsoft, and one Logitech. it simply doesn't see them. The audio connector for the console has apparently come loose, or the inside of it is not as tight as it should be, as the mini-plug doesn't hold like it should, and can come loose leaving you with no sound.
Over all, I would say this is an average KVM, but I wouldn't buy another one; instead, i would look for a different make/model.

Good Product
Product is easy to set up and use. Seems to be compatible with 2003 and 2008 server OS and and different mouse and keyboards. I would recommend this product.

Good but doesn't work with newer cordless mouse.
It works well, except that it doesn't work with a wireless mouse. But I found that I could use an old Logitech Connect Mouse which worked well.
