I love my Tripp-lite!I use mine for my home stereo system.I had bought my first one second hand and used it for about 8 years before a bad storm took it out! All of my equipment was saved by it !!!! I did not register my Tripp-Lite when I got it but when I submitted a claim and they honored their LIFETIME WARRANTY no questions asked! Now that's a reputable company!!!! In closing,my Tripp-Lite performs as the company say's!

Idk if new
Bought this item sealed "new". To protect my home stereo system! After receiving, noticed several bolts to be stripped and look like they have aged, possibly in factory questionable if item was really new or not but box was sealed.

Tripp-Lite keeps our signal clean!
We are a small public radio station located on a college campus. We share a building that was built in the 1950s with a conference center. It's often questionable to determine what other building facilities are sharing our power. We installed the Tripp-Lite 2400W Rack-Mount Power Conditioner with AVR and Surge Protection to make sure we get clean stable power to our equipment racks and to help keep our sound clean and free of interference. This unit is a "beast"!! It has 14 outlets to handle your equipment needs. It also has LED indicators on the front to give you quick visual diagnostic information. We are very satisfied with this unit and highly recommend it. We trust Tripp-Lite equipment for being well built and provide long years of service.

BEST LINE CONDITIONER AT ANY PRICE
I PURCHASED MY FIRST ONE FOR A NEW AUDIO & VIDEO I PUT TOGETHER IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR.
I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE UNIT AND THE PROTECTION THAT HAS PROTECTED MY SYSTEM FROM POWER SURGES.
OTHER REASONS THAT AFFECTED MY DECISION TO PURCHASE THE UNIT WAS THE FACT THAT YOU CAN PLUG UP TO FOURTEEN DEVICES INTO THE UNIT AND ITS MODERATE PRICE.
I THOUGHT SO HIGHLY OF THE UNIT THAT I JUST BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE THIS MONTH FOR MY COMPUTER SYSTEM IN MY OFFICE WHICH INCLUDES MY DESKTOP, LAPTOP, PRINTERS ALONG WITH LIGHTING FOR MY HOME-OFFICE.
I RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OVER ANY THAT I HAVE EITHER OWNED OR PREVIEWED.

Peace of mind
I feel good knowing my keyboards are protected.......they even sound better.......I play places where there are noticible brownout voltages happening.......the whole band benefits.......also in the recording studio, when the house ac unit comes on, it no longer botches up my computer recording software.......a must have for a working musician!

Past experience with product
I just bought a replacement for the unit protecting my TV,etc. I have had 3 units since the early 90s. I use them to protect my sound equipment in a band. You never know the quality of the power system your plugging into at various locations, including occasionally generator power. I converted one unit to TV at home use when I bought a 61" HD TV in 2003. We are in the country and the voltage fluctuates a lot. Occasionally I have to run a generator when power is out. My TV use LCR2400 has been continuously on since 2003. The voltage indicators are often fluctuating. This unit recently took a hit (lightning surge) and won't come back on. It protected the equipment downstream, exactly as it is supposed to. I got my money's worth.

Does what it's supposed to...
I maintain a remotely controlled EMS radio site that is deep in a national forest. Power there is either too low a voltage, or too high, and rarely correct. The LCR2400 does a great job in compensating for the changing voltage, and protects about $40K worth of radio equipment. It has worked 24/7 for over two years with no problems. Highly recommend it !!

So Far So Good!
My band bought one unit (and a 4u rack case to put it in) to try out. Our first job using it was at a large hotel in one of their many ballrooms. The 12' power cord wasn't long enough and so I had to add an extension cord to reach the wall outlet. Other than that, the unit ran fine all night and showed us that the hotel was providing good power. We now plan to buy a second unit to cover the rest of the band. The unit feels solid and should last many years.

best there is.
We have this in service about a year now. It has cleaned up all the line noises we have had and now know whenever we go into a venue wired incorrectly. It also smoothed out the response of all the amps in the rack. Best money we have spent on equipment yet. Will never be without one of these ever again. You have a customer for life.

25 years and still running. Thats got to be a World's Record
I bought my first power conditioner, a Tripp-Lite 2400w back in 1995 when we purchased our first CNC router. That conditioner is still in service today. Think about that, 25 years and still running. I look back at all the computers that we have sent to the graveyard over that time period. Man that is almost unheard of. So that is why when we purchased another conditioner it had to be a Tripp-Lite. Just like our battery backups as well Tripp-Lite. Well done Tripp-Lite.

I have been using one of these for a number of years on all of my computer equipment in my office. I just purchased this one for my high end audio equipment. We get power surges often and the last major surge did damage to my preamplifier, so I bought this protection.

The Best Thing Ever!!
I have a Onkyo Intergra M-5090 Amplifier and P-3090 Pre-Amplifier which are the heart and powerhouse of my Stereo System. I recently had them both refurbished by a reputable repair shop. Long story short; all my equipments were plugged into 2 Monst*r HTS 3500 MKII Surge Protectors. When my Amp turned on, it would sometimes go into Circuit Protection Mode which makes listening to music impossible. It would do it repeatedly and sometimes it would stay on protection mode. I'll taken it back to the Repair Shop (400 miles round trip) 2 additional times; the 2nd time I let him keep it for a month and I was told nothing was wrong with my Amplifier. But, I this intermittent Circuit Protection Mode occurs when it's reintegrated to my home system. I check and recheck my System wiring; check my grounding; connecting my Amp to my second Monst*r HTS Surge Protector; check my Bose 901 Speakers and wires; no results.
Finally, out of desperation, I decided to change out both my Surge Protectors. I look at several units and the Tripp-Lite LCR 2400 Power Conditioner caught my attention. I decided to give this unit a try. I'm glad I did. I plug my Amp, Pre-Amp, 2Turntables, 2 Tuners and a Mixer to the Power Conditioner; flip the on switch and....... PERFECT!! The Amplifier came on like it should with no problem. I haven't had a single Circuit Protection Mode Issue. The LCR 2400 was the Best Thing Ever.
Update: I replaced the 2nd Mons*r HTS 3500 with a Tripp-Lite Isobar HT7300PC. No more Monst*r for me ??

I'm buying 2 more!
Best thing I ever bought for my computer room. My neighborhood gets hit with random voltage drops 2 or 3 times a week. It was causing my computers and a router to freeze up and have random restarts. Ever since installing the line conditioner I have had zero problems. The LED lights are great because I can see when the voltage is dropping.

Gave me a whole new insight to how bad my power really is.
Intended Usuage: Server Rack pre-conditioner for 9~10amp nominal load with 15~17amp peak work load.
We moved a server and ups rack to my home residence when the *Coof* started. I knew my city power was bad as my UPS bank would switch on at the smallest draw from any home appliance. But I never realized how bad.
I purchased the 2400W in the hopes that it would alleviate a lot of the momentary switching back and forth from the batteries and city power, but sadly it just made it worse as switch-over time between the 2400W upping the voltage was not fast enough to keep the UPSs from engaging so they would still cycle to battery power when a mediocre draw was pulled anywhere else. Only now the flip flop in current drawn on city power goes into a feedback loop of low and normal voltage causing the 2400W and the UPSs to cycle on and off back and forth 5-10 times before the voltage supplied by the city stabilizes and the 2400W decides to pick either normal or low setting. It's especially nerve wracking when the wash-machine is agitating and the current drawn by the motor causes the 2400W and thereby the UPSs to cycle constantly.
Now don't get me wrong the 2400W does exactly what it advertises and ups the voltage. It just isn't suited for my needs as it needs a longer hold on upping the voltage or a slower release when switching back to normal voltage to keep the UPSs from cycling. For now I have moved it to some of my larger draw items that exceed the capabilities of an individual UPS.

I would buy this unit again!
I am an amateur radio operator and I have a 120Vac dedicated line for a solid state HF Linear Amplifier. I use the tripp-Lite unit to supply constant 120Vac to this amplifier. As I modulate my transmitter the AC line would flucuate plus and minus several volts due to the high current draw and the IR Drop on the AC line. With your unit the supply voltage is constant.

It saved me some hassles, but...
I still had a receiver blow while connected to it; I think this was just the usual shoddy build of the typical "mid end" surround receivers which are designed to fail entirely if one channel goes (in this case a daughterboard for side channels of 7.1 that i had nothing plugged into. I never noticed a difference in audio noise; that's more a matter of cable organization and heavy enough gauge for the run distance.
The -1 star is because if you get voltage drops from something like an AC motor or just have bad power and it's happening often, the vr coil energizing is LOUD. Loud enough that it was bugging me with a computer case with 3x 3000rpm 120mm fans and a couple of 200mm fans and an obnoxiously loud reference gpu cooler and this beat that noisy mess easily. I wasn't using it in a rack, it was just the only one with that could regulate a 20A line at the time. For use in a rack in another room (it's currently not in use but that's the plan) it should be fine. It also found some major wiring faults in an old apartment, although I use a digital outlet tester for that these days.
The best part is that something like 7 years later (4 in 24/7 use) and it has no issues when i test it -- definitely a rarity these days, and it was well worth the investment even if i won't be using it for a while.

Yes I would buy again, but only if I needed it.
It does its job. Which is good. It would be great if the price was not so high. For the price it should be made in the United States. Also, the display should be oriented 90 degrees to the outlet not 180 degrees. That way you could still see the front, have case against the wall and still have cords enter from one side or both.
