Outlets spacing is too tight.
Used in rack to monitor the voltage flow. Plug sockets are too close. This means that you have less than the total number of outlets.

I use this beautiful dark-colored PDU, that matches my rack color, to power my IT equipment that is composed of several switches, routers, firewalls, and servers. I have it mounted in the front of my IT rack in the top 1RU position. I love the outlet density in that I have 12 outlets on the back and 1 in the front in just 1RU of space. That is a very space-conserving and efficient. You will always need more outlets then you think you'll need to plug everything in. I also love the bright large display for how many Amps are being used. It's nice to know if you are coming close to exceeding your typical 15 Amp maximum on the circuit that is powering that little part/room in your home. This saves me from having to worry that I might be coming close to having to get up and reset the circuit-breaker switch in my garage. Ok, so what could make this item better? I would like the Amp display to show something other than zero when I only have one item powered on. It doesn't register an Amp reading unless I have multiple items powered on that are collectively drawing more Amps. Of course I'm not going to have a power issue when I don't have a bunch of things powered on but I would still like to see something other than zero displayed just to give me that little piece of mind that my PDU is constantly measuring and providing me feedback that I value. I'm very happy with this PDU and I've used many Tripp-Lite products for many years at work. They are built strong and reliable. The company isn't here today and gone tomorrow. I like that. Thank you.
