We got our UPS working again without unracking it!
This mounted in a few minutes without any hiccups. It immediately started charging and appears to hold a good charge. We did a load test and it help all equipment up for the expected amount of time.

Same was what it was replacing
Unit was plug and play, exactly the same as the old battery pack it was replacing. Worked fine when powered on, nothing to complain about. Prompt shipping and delivery, poor UPS guy who had to haul it in though.

Only the 2nd replacement of this product's battery in 7 yrs
Quick and simple swap out. I shut down my equipment beforehand to be sure it wouldn't shut down during battery replacement since equipment is values at $500k. Got it done quickly and painlessly. The unit allows us to transport the equipment easily without shutting down and has saved us countless hours and money. Recommend having one on all lab equipment where possible.
