Tripp Lite’s SMX1200XLHG medical-grade UPS system provides dependable battery backup and is fully compliant with UL 60601-1 regulations when plugged into a hospital-grade outlet, making it ideal for use in patient-care vicinities. The 1kVA/750W capacity provides up to 27.5 minutes of runtime for a half load, or 11 minutes for a full load so you can work through short power failures and perform an orderly system shutdown in a prolonged blackout.
Built-in line-interactive voltage regulation corrects brownouts as low as 155V and overvoltages as high as 274V to normal 230V nominal output, without drawing battery power. The SMX1200XLHG’s built-in isolation transformer with Faraday shield offers full isolation and removes common mode noise while maintaining full AC surge suppression in all modes. Cumulative leakage current of all connected equipment is less than 100 microamps.
This UPS system features six IEC320 C13 hospital-grade outlets and has a hospital-grade IEC320 C14 plug on a 15 cm (6 in.) dongle. All six outlets provide both backup protection and surge protection, rated to 340 joules.
The SMX1200XLHG also features diagnostic LEDs, as well as a USB port and a DB9 serial port that work with Tripp Lite’s included PowerAlert software for safe, unattended system shutdown and file saves in the event of a prolonged power failure.

Never again will we buy Tripp Lite UPS products
Let me start by saying the support for Tripp Lite products is truly woe full! The first UPS we received was dead in a week. So far we have been waiting over a week and only got a far as Tripp Lite accepting the unit is faulty and no further. They have also started to ignore all emails we send to Tripp Lite asking for a status on the replacement unit.
The other issue with this UPS is that the device shows up as a "HID-compliant vendor-defined device" rather than a "HID UPS Battery" which mean you cannot monitor the battery level using Windows or use the Windows power management software to perform shutdowns if the battery level is getting low.
What you have to use is Tripp Lite Power Alert software, which so far has failed to install on all the Windows 11 machines I've tried. It is also tries to installs a bunch of software that you just don't want on you machine including a HTTP sever, and opens lots of ports on your firewall. Tripp Lite please provide a basic driver so Windows can monitor the UPS rather that the cybersecurity nightmare software you want people to use.
Finally we come to RoHS. You have exemptions 6(a); 6(b); 6(c); 7(c)-II; 8(b) some of these expire in the next 5 months so what are you doing about this?
We were looking to use this UPS in our product range but after all the issues, we are having to look at other manufactures.

Solid performance and good battery life
This works well, exactly how it is supposed to with no interruption in service. The battery life is more than enough to handle daily power hiccups. If I was to change anything I would add a handle or some other way to move and carry them easier as they are very heavy and awkward to move.
