Perfect for use as NAS UPS with auto-shutdown
Bought this to enable a Qnap 4-bay NAS to shutdown in a controlled way if there was a power outage. Also powers WiFi router.
The Qnap sees the UPS perfectly upon plugging in the USB cable and allows seeing UPS status, battery charge and runtime remaining.
I have the UPS sitting on a shelf with the NAS and the only thing I think would improve it is to have the USB socket at the same end as the power plugs and the power button at the opposite end. That way all the plugs would be at the back out of the way and the power button would be at the front easy to reach.

Disappointed with UPS and support.
The UPS failed after ~13 months of use. There were no known power outages or events that could of lead to the failure. Have tried to open a ticket twice to get a warranty replacement. They have not responded to either ticket.
