This USB 3.1 to VGA adapter helps you transmit video from your tablet, laptop, Chromebook, MacBook, smartphone or PC to a VGA-enabled television, monitor or projector. It's ideal for giving video presentations in conference rooms and classrooms, editing multiple documents on a larger screen or streaming video for digital signage in crystal-clear 1080p.
With a source device that also supports USB DisplayPort Alt Mode, you can extend video from your primary display to another, duplicate the same video on both displays, or change the second display to your primary.
To send high-definition video to a VGA television, projector or monitor, connect the VGA port to the display using a VGA cable (sold separately). The VGA port supports HD video resolutions up to 1920 x 1080 (1080p) at 60 Hz, 36-bit Deep Color (12 bits per channel) and VGA digital transfer rates up to 6.75 Gbps (2.25 Gbps per channel). The U444-06N-VB-AM is also compatible with non-1080p VGA displays.
Connect the reversible USB-C plug to your source device's USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port. The fumble-free USB-C plug connects in either direction to ensure fast, easy connection every time.

Needing a quick and easy monitor expansion for a laptop
My boss needed an additional monitor option for his laptop. He is used to the two 24" monitors on his desk. I jump online and find this USC-C to VGA adapter, and bam! Ready to rock and roll!

Simple product and cost effective
Easy to use just plug and play. I had a monitor that had only vga and hdmi and this worked great to allow me to use it on a more modern pc with usb-c ports.

I would buy this product for my personal lab top computer
I will use this product for teaching my elementary school students, especially
