Know your gear
The NetBackup 5240 is a 2U12 drive enclosure. Each disk drive can be accessed from the storage shelf's front panel. An embedded RAID controller is used to configure the disk drives into a RAID 6 configuration. One of the disk drives is reserved as a hot spare.
