I am blown away with this unit. I needed a compact mixer for giging and after reading some reviews i was hesitant, but i need the input and output possibilities and the Yamaha TF offered everything i needed. 1st of all let me say that the preamps on this mixer are exceptional. The other three digital boards i have do not compare to the sound quality the TF delivers. The software control is awesome and easy to use and expansion capability is a big plus for me. I wont mention the brand that i have been using, but I am here to say if you're on the fence about TF, Don't be. You wont be sorry.

Worship with music from
Outstanding Product for a small church
After using your Yamaha MG/24 for ten years we decided to upgrade our system and move everything from an audio desk to a rack system. We decided since the Yamaha product was robust and didn't give us any issues we picked the TF-Rack mixer for replacement. After a slow learning period on my part I finally with the help from the Sweetwater representative I finally started to understand the setup difference between and analog system and a digital system mixer. Our team are still learning how to fine tune each individual item on the mixer but we are well please with it's performance so far. In the future I see us adding Dante and a stagebox to shorten the runs on speakers and mics coming from the pulpit area.

Great Rack Mount Mixer
I installed a Dante card and then used this unit to replace an analog mixer in a meeting room sound rack. One short Ethernet cord to attach a four-channel wireless receiver, hook up the amplifier, and it was ready to rock.
I love being able to adjust the sound from my iPad while sitting in the back of the room. Super easy to use.

Great for House of Worship
I've installed several of these into Houses of Worship and they're a great cost-effective choice where it's a "set and forget" system. StageMix on the iPad allows it to be much more for those occasions it's needed. Typical super reliable Yamaha product!

This is one fantastic mixer
I love this mixer! I have dabbled with a few and I also own the Behringer XR16. This is by far a better unit than that Behringer. The preamps are way better. Everything is so clean and it is very easy to navigate and mix. The Behringer does have a lot more effects to choose from so that is one thing that I wish Yamaha had more of. Also with the Yamaha, I can only assign 2 effects at a time and with the Behringer I can assign 4. Overall though, the Yamaha is a better unit and if I had to but another one, it would be the Yamaha!!!!

Just great
Works great, Dante added, 2 tio boxes. Touchscreen means I can actually mix from the rack if I so desire! Apps mean I don't have to if I don't want to. Made like a tank. Refreshing SERVICE, responsive.help. It's all there

Rack mount, built in touch screen, multiple user accounts
Runs 12 hours a day. Sometimes never powered off.
Multiple user accounts with select controls for each user. This is most valuable feature for any install. Effects and scenes are easy to use.
Quick Tip YouTube tutorials are super useful.
Cons -
- TF Editor window resizing doesn't support wide screens.
- No user access control in TF Editor.
- Scene recall buttons can be a disaster if you leave in admin account.
- Low stock. Extremely long wait times as of October 2022.
