Rated 5 out of 5 byRudy from Portability is the KeyI'm a computer technician, so I like my "toys". The Intel Compute Stick M3 model is the second one I owned. Both times I purchased these products and was getting used to their portability, my customer bought the completed package from me. Now I need to start all over again and get another one. I've loaded Windows 10 Professional and Office 2016 on both of them and put 128GB Mini SD cards. Both units were even able to play movies on them. My customers have their own small businesses and found that the Intel Compute stick was easier for them to just shutdown, unplug and carry home to do more work or just enjoy a movie or music. If they were away from the office for awhile, they didn't have to worry if their workers were playing with the computer. Awsome!

Rated 5 out of 5 bypgm554 from Do not buy!I set one of these up in an AV presentation room behind a big screen TV.With Windows 10 and a few office apps (PowerPoint.Word ,Excel). The Windows 10 feature upgrades after a while screw up the amount of disk space needed to upgrade and the unit becomes useless ,This needs at least 128 GB storage to work right. Why they don't offer one now is beyond anybody's guess.

Rated 5 out of 5 bynotahappycamper74 from 6 purchased all have no hard drive found issueThe company I work for recently purchased (3) of these compute sticks STK2M364CC. All 3 had the issue of no hard drive found when trying to configure them. RMA all 3. Got a new batch of 3. Once again all 3 have the no hard drive found issue. Getting kind of tired of getting stuff bad out of the box from CDW.

Rated 5 out of 5 byjlpemberton300 from Great low cost machine for our shop floorWe have been using desktop mini computers on our shop floor and while they have a small footprint, still take up valuable space on desks or shelves. These units are small enough and lite enough that we are testing them mounted right to the back of the monitor. Our first 2 have been on the floor for about a month. We will see how well they hold up.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJnarciso from This Compute Stick Packs Power! We have replaced and will be replacing all our Desktops in our Learning Centers with these little Compute Sticks. Its got great wifi speeds and works great with our AC Wifi Access Points. Being such a super micro form, its helps us be more efficient with space, especially if the layout of the office is tight.

Rated 5 out of 5 byfrank from Works as a Linux ServerI was looking for something with a smaller foot print than an Intel NUC so I tried the Intel Compute Stick. I bought the model that does not come with an OS on it. Installing CentOS v7.3 64bit was easy and straight forward. 4GB of RAM and 64GB of disk space is plenty for the application I need to run on it. It comes with three USB ports and I am using all of them. To free up two USB ports, I will need to test a bluetooth keyboard and mouse with it. I have it connected to an APC BackUPS 600 for power protection and it is set up to shut down cleanly when AC main power is lost. The WiFi connection works well in our environment. I have only had it for about two weeks so determining true reliability will take a little longer time than that. I plan to test installing and setting up a micro SD card for more disk space. As fast as this m3 runs, I may not need to try the m5 processor model.
