They all work great and last a very long time. Have them for 5+ years and thats not including the one i just bought. Easily to setup and work with!!

Rated 5 out of 5 bytech24 from NBTA - Never buy toshiba againNo need to go into great detail. Simply can say that this is the worst purchase I have ever made for a customer. Received the printer with no test labels, no test ribbon, only ships with a power cable and default model is Parallel cable only! Yes Parallel!! Who even uses such an old technology?? If you want to use a usb or a network connection plan on spending another $400. Anyway, so the printer was setup and since the installation instructions and documentation were worthless we called toshiba support with for help. After 10 minutes they said we can't help you need to call CDW for support. To make matters worse we spent and additional $400 on a 3 year warranty! Wow talk about poor customer service! Thanks for confirming that your company is useless to a small business. Never buy another toshiba product.
