Michael Riekena

Michael Riekena is the vice president of configuration services for CDW. He is responsible for exceeding customer’s expectations on the integration and configuration of IT solutions.

Michael joined CDW in 2003 and has held several roles throughout his tenure. He has worked to redesign CDW’s Microsoft support model to drive new areas of profitability and improve seller and customer experiences. He led efforts to develop capabilities and solutions in DevOps, Analytics, and Client software. He has also played a key role in the acquisition and integration of several acquisitions. He brings a deep understanding of CDW, the channel and the IT industry overall. In the 18 years at CDW, Riekena has held several roles, including Account Manager, Presales Engineer, Partner Specialist, Technical Specialist, and Solutions Manager. He is focused on delivering customer outcomes through the development of industry-leading solutions and services.

Riekena graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing management and holds a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
