IT works beautifully.
This device saves me hundreds of dollars. Works perfectly and beautifully. Instead of buying a new TV, I just needed to buy this converter to change input from VGA to HDMI and WA-LA, it works.

If In Doubt About A Part,visit the Dell Chat at Support Site.
I was not sure this item would fit my 3471 small form Inspiron,so I did chat at the Dell support site.They looked at the service tag info for my 3471 ( Inspiron) and confirmed for me that the part would fit and work.The part arrived and I attached it so that I can extend a second monitor.Everything works great.

Worked just as promised
I purchased this adapter so that I could project from my iPad Pro to projectors that work off of VGA cables in my office. This was a simple plug and play unit, and I would recommend to anyone with a compatible HDMI input.
