I bought this because my old OfficeJet Pro 8620 had printer head problems. It cost more than the 8620 and does half the things. I've been looking at that for about a week and dreading the time it will take with support to fix. Was able to get new print head and have gone back to 8620. Will keep this to use in emergencies but would not buy again. Have had a myriad of HP printers and have never been disappointed until now.
