The colors in the copies was so much nicer than the originals. I was very pleased with the results. The Pixma 246 color cartridge is easy to replace and the end product was excellent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Defective color ink cartridge I bought this over a month ago but have been in the process of moving and only tried to make a color copy about two weeks ago only to find out the "color ink is low, please replace with new ink" on the first use. I was going to return it to Canon but the return policy is restricted to asking for an RMA within two weeks of order date plus I would have to pay for shipping back to Cannon. I decided not to bother, I'll find other color ink elsewhere. The 3 stars is for the combination of fast service, great packaging, the black XL cartridge is working fine, and the included bonus of photo paper was a nice touch. I am disappointed overall as I wanted to continue receiving both color and black cartridges directly from Canon. This was the first time I was not pleased.

I do think the ink cartridges are a little pricey compared to those at other companies, especially your low fill color ink. I rarely have to use the color ink, but even when I only print in black and white, it affects the color cartridge. That shouldn't be the case.
