Arrived in good condition. Had to contact customer service a number of times because shipping/tracking info they emailed me was wrong. That portion of the purchase was very frustrating

Good drive at reasonable price
We upgraded from 512GB to 1TB and this drive has been good so far. The price point is reasonable and Crucial support has been very good. We will definitely buy this again in future. Overall, very satisfied.

Great warranty replacement!
This was a replacement for a 1TB P2 that failed after 1 year. Crucial replaced with P3. Great! All I had to do was upload proof of purchase and return dead ssd (£7). Downside was it took 3 weeks to arrive.

Even though I downloaded the scan tool . . .
I downloaded the scan tool onto the PC I wanted to upgrade, just to be sure I ordered the correct items. An SSD was recommended, that when received, did not fit my PC as there was no SSD slot. I assume I'd have to remove the current SATA drive and get an SSD to fit that spot (encased, same receptacle, etc.)

1tb -lasted a week. Sent me a replacement - dead
The first one lasted 1 week. When I raised a case i had numerous emails to 'help' me. I could have googled more helpful info.... It was returned, after a ridiculously hard phone call with a member of staff that spoke broken english. Seems the replacement I've been sent is either the original one or worse.... It's completely dead - confirmed by a reputable computer store/repairer

I would buy this product again!
I updated my Lenovo Yoga 260 which had a small M.2 SSD and bought the NVMe SSD to replace it. Did a clone of my old SSD and changed it with the new one and everything went great. It's much faster and a lot more storage.

RMA went flawless
Had a M.2 drive fail. it was still with in the warranty period. Followed the additional testing and troubleshooting on their web site prior to returning. Returned old device and they sent me a new one. Perfect.
