Rated 5 out of 5 by from Set Instructions and Phone Support Lacking I received the device and tried to set it up to use with my MacBook Pro and just couldn't figure it out using the instructions provided. I called the support phone number and the support person couldn't get it working either. Finally, after working on trying for a couple hours to get it going, I called Apple Care and they got it working for me in less than 10 minutes. I would think that Crucial would be able to provide instructions for Mac users so the set up could be as easy as it should be.

It's also able to play movie files right from the Crucial; no need to copy it back to the laptop. And it's a SIGNIFICANTLY better value than ordering a larger built in SSD drive from Apple. I'm very happy with this drive!
