My Dell toner cartridge...
So far, so good... I've only used it once since I got it. I made the switch to a laser printer a year or so ago and love it!
Of course about the only thing I print are scripts and other manuscripts so I don't really have a need for a color printer...

The toner is fine, easy to install. However paying for it through the Dell account was a nightmare. I was paying ahead but because it wasn't 3 full business days ahead I had to pay a $9.95 fee. To be a computer company, your bill paying software is still in the dark ages.

Disappointed
As stated in an earlier e-mail to your customer service rep, I was disappointed to get only 1200 printed sheets from my cartridge when I was told (upon buying a new Dell printer that I would get at least 3000 copies no matter how often I used my printer.
